We asked them to make some egg-less pastries and croissants in breakfast as we are pure vegetarians. But unfortunately they denied on face. As we only had options for white bread and fruits.

The property is located within disney resort area and away from any other convenience or facilities nearby. Yes, there is a hotel shuttle to disneyland resort and metro station but that is all. The hotel does not provide any complimentary basic amenities like toiletries, so be sure to carry your own. Restaurants shut service at 10:30 and there is no room service available in the hotel at any time. A rare one or two vegetarian option only at one of the restaurants, so please remember to carry your own food. The only plus point, premier entrance only to disneyland if you stay at any of the 3 hotel properties. Do not expect a discount or concession on booking such costly stays.

Extremely warm staff, excellent breakfast, very comfortable stay at hollywood hotel disneyland hk. From checking in the luggage, to keeping the room ready, to a tasty dinner and offers at the merchandise shop. The experience was flawless

I recommend staying for 1-2 days if you are visiting disney world only, otherwise it's best to stay in the hk city which is quite convenient for indian travellers. This hotel doesn't have room service, 4 items fixed indian menu for dinner/lunch, literally no veg options for breakfast also. Property wise it's a good well maintained luxury hotel, nice pool and ambience to relax. Hotel offers free shuttle to disney world station (back and forth. No stores like 7elevan are there here except the resort itself.

The accommodations are compact . Despite this, the hotel successfully captures the essence of disney. However, the breakfast and dining options are quite pricey, with adult meals ranging from 5, 000 to 6, 000 rupees and children's meals costing between 3, 000 and 3, 500 rupees. The swimming pool is satisfactory, and the children's play area is enjoyable but limited in size.

Hotel stay was magical. I stayed with my wife and 3 year old son. Hotel stay helped me to enjoy the attractions at Disneyland with my son. However they are very professional and they won’t allow early check inn.

It was a beautiful stay. Not many food options within the resort. It takes you back to your childhood memories. The best place if you have to take your kids. Many diy and activity areas to keep kids engaged. The staff was very friendly. For indians, it is better they carry their snack along else meals are difficult

A fabulous place to stay with children. Luxury unlimited. Food is a bit expensive especially if you are looking for indian food, but the ambience and comfort is unmatched. Access to the park and mtr station are seamless

1. Check in and check out was fast 2. You can keep your luggage with the concierge incase you reach the hotel early. They will tag it, give you the slip and get your luggage to the room 3. All the 3 hotels have shuttle operating every 15-20 mins to disney station which is right outside the disney park 4. Standard room sizes are good and way better than regular hotels in hk. 5. Toiletries, towels, bathroom slippers, table, hot water and tea coffee maker are provided 6. Taxis are right outside the resort 7. They provide a fast pass for you to get a separate entry into the park. You still do need to buy the park tickets or priority pass 8. Breakfast buffet spread is good. For indian food they keep paratha, chole, and rice staff is also very polite and speak english well could have been perfect if there were any 7 eleven nearby and maybe smaller restaurants.

Food is costly. Hotel it is very far from main City. Front desk is little congested and faced inconvenience at the time of check in due to heavy rush.

It was a good experience at Disney Hollywood Hotel. Shuttle bus to Park and other hotels. Good indian food. Room are spacious compared to Hong Kong standard.
