The stay was terrible. We had booked for a hotel room with breakfast. They shifted us to an apartment with no food facility. Also we tried calling the host for an extended stay due to the weather condition to travel from akureyri to reykjavik were closed. The roads were closed and blocked. But there was absolutely no empathy from the host and she asked to leave immediately in spite of mentioning that we did try to call her. I advice everyone not to book this hotel
