Neo prime is perfect for someone looking to stay right next to the Kuta nightlife action. The Hotel NEO Plus Kuta - Legian by ASTON itself is good rooms could have been more spacious but that's OK. Dental kits/toothbrush are normally complimentary but here it was used and you pay which was a tad disappointing. The front desk clerk was impatient with my friends who were trying to sort out how best to pay (cards/pounds/exchange). Only once the money was paid did he go back to being courteous. Which is a shame because overall the Hotel NEO Plus Kuta - Legian by ASTON is nice but the service could improve. Also, if you want peace and quiet this might not be the place for you as the music by night is loud enough to disturb a light sleeper.

Good Hotel NEO Plus Kuta - Legian by ASTON to stay with family also. With friends, food and breakfast was good, very good and professional staff. Only the thing happened with me is, I have been told that I have been upgraded with Delux room, but I have already booked Super Delux room, how can they change it as per their convenience and room availability? Anyways I have not bothered so much on that, I had to stay with family and the Deluxe room was also good. Overall good stay.

I stayed at this Hotel in Kuta Legian. Area Around the Hotel is pretty live and happening. Lot of restaurant, KFC, mac d are located near to Hotel. Staff is amazing. They serves various varieties in breakfast, in fact breakfast menu is healthy. Most importantly this Hotel is budget friendly. Kuta Beach is at walking distance. During late evening, can visit pubs and bars in Kuta restaurant. I had a wonderful time here. Thank you Neo Plus for treating us well.

Good location. Walking from the market. Market is well priced as compared to other Hotel NEO Plus Kuta - Legian by ASTONs. Rooms had necessary supplies and good pool view. Breakfast we're also laid out next to the swimming pool. Not much for vegetarians which is a constant problem for all Hotel NEO Plus Kuta - Legian by ASTONs in Bali. Breakfast closes at 10.30 am and by that they mean clearing the table from 10.20 am. Nice staff.

I stayed 2 days in this Hotel during my Bali trip as a Solo backpacker. I must say it's a very nice Hotel within a few steps away from bales most favorite night club sky garden. Good location nice breakfast and last but not the least behaviour of the Hotel staffs are really good. I would like to mention the names of the people from the reception desk of this Hotel Roza, Putri, Mea as well as other staffs also.

Buffet food was very good and as we were from India we were able to manage with the items there. Room cleaning was good but they didn't provide daily compliments properly. Hotel is situated in the middle of the City where we have a street full of pubs and discotheques which could be disturbing for ladies and kids to move out. Otherwise we have got good shops even to buy gift articles.

The Hotel NEO Plus Kuta - Legian by ASTON is clean and quiet. The staff is good and well mannered. It's close to the Bali nightlife and in a very happening area. The Kuta beach is 10-15 minutes by walk. The only issue is the air conditioning in the rooms which is not at its best and it can get very warm and uncomfortable in the rooms.

It's a nice Hotel NEO Plus Kuta - Legian by ASTON and must say about the service, its awesome. Food taste and room service is superb. Also, the rooms are spacious, clean and cleaned regularly. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Must say, one is to have a fabulous time with a stay for a holiday.

Nice rooms, Hotel NEO Plus Kuta - Legian by ASTON is in heart of Kuta, room clean time to time no need to say about it. Service also excellent. Staff members are very helpful with adorable behavior. Pool also very nice and beautiful. Totally excellent service with excellent staff behavior.

We stayed for 5 nights at this Hotel NEO Plus Kuta - Legian by ASTON. It is located just near the ground zero and has all the nightclubs situated nearby which are walk-able distance. The staff was awesome and polite. Very good pool and ambiance all together.

I like the way staff respected us. Food is superb, ambience is also great for stay. Only careful when you walk across the streets over nights like 3am's you may be ripped off by the robbers. Remaining all excellent. Keep going Neo plus. Thanks.

Located near the biggest disc of the country the Hotel was awesome and comfortable to stay with friends or family, swimming pool was quite big and the ambience was also good. Totally it was value for money.

Nice Hotel, nice staff. But sound of near by club until midnight. But not so disturbing.

We were group of friends who stayed at this centrally located Hotel NEO Plus Kuta - Legian by ASTON, cleanliness room size excellent, staff too cooperative, Indian restaurant around 10 minute walk, had pleasant stay.

Very professional staff during my stay I found the air-conditioner drain was leaking was rectified very fast. Very close to pubs, bars, and restaurants. It's about 10 min walks to the beach and mall.

It was very good trip, all staffs were very responsive and polite. Buffet system for breakfast was awesome.

Stay at this place if you are a night life lover. Walkable distance from the Legian street where you can listen to the hip hop songs and roam Around the streets. This place is well close to Kuta Beach as well.

Stay in Neo was good but breakfast was little poor because item filling was in a slow motion style. Hotel location is very close to night life area and almost all pubs and restaurants are in walkable distance.
