We had a pleasant stay in best western premier agung. The entire staffs are very humble and ready to help especially mr yoga. They provided us shuttle service to ubud market. Breakfast spread was excellent and had varieties overall stay was very comfortable and definitely would recommend

Property is well maintained and best part is that it is 10 min walk from ubud market. Rooms are clean and pool is also well maintained. There are events also organized for guest during dinner.

It’s very beautiful property to stay in ubud bali. The rooms are very neat and clean and very spacious. Breakfast is excellent. Some more indian food maybe swimming pool very clean.

The resort was beautiful and very peaceful rooms were super spacious and the staff was very friendly only problem was that vegetarian options were limited all in all a great experience and highly recommended

very nice and cosy property. very courteous staffs.a very special compliments to restaurent chef and staff, who could understand our jain food needs and helped with great food. in simple words.AMAZING
Had a fantastic stay here. The staff is very cordial. The food is great. The room was really nice with a beautiful view. Overall a pleasant stay.

The hotel is perfect if you are looking to stay in a happening place. The hotel is just 900m from ubud central market, it was very convenient to shop and eat. There was indian restaurant just around the corner. We really enjoyed the stay there, plus the stuff is super helpful.

Quiet cozy close to center and yet far from the madding crowd. As a best western property i didn't have high expectations yet this property and staff managed to surpass them comfortably. The massage at the spa was quite refreshing!
