The entrance and the connectivity to beach were very nice but the main problem is with the room, it’s very old and not maintained well. It was very difficult using the washroom, they just had a bath tub but no separate bathing area and the bath tub and taps are not that clean. Also the commode was not functioning well.

Beautiful hotel, situated right at the beachfront. Amazing views, amazing service, 24 hour room service, 6 restaurants inside the hotel. Pure value for money. We had a wonderful experience and would like to come again.

This is the old dated property that's seen better days in the past. Rooms were large but furnished old style. Breakfast was good and lavish.

The location of the hotel is really great, it is right on the beach. Also the shopping malls, restaurants are all within walking distance

The hotel rooms, while large, are basic. The furniture is chipped, the mini fridge does not work. The view from the 37th floor, was good. The breakfast area is terrible. It looks and feels like a cheap bus terminus cafeteria. Apparently, the food and service is outsourced, as informed by one of the service staff.

Discovery kartik plaza hotel is located at a very prime location in kuta. It's 10 mins from the airport and near to all tourist spots, beach clubs, street shopping, malls, kuta beach! the stay was comfortable. The only suggestion is to increase vegan food items in the breakfast menu.

Property is situated at a great location. Beach is close to the hotel and kuta market is close too. Too may restaurants with good food. Breakfast at hotel was good. We did order dinner as well at the hotel and it great as well. The staff was very polite and helpful. Good swimming pool with ocean view. Also the room was spacious with a big bed. It can easily accommodate 2 adults and one child.

Loved the location and the open areas of hotel. Staff was responsive and the view from the room was definitely worth it. However property is old one and TV was kind of outdated in the room. Our room was ocean facing, big enough with seating for two in balcony.

Such a terrific property in kuta. Our stay here was super awesome. Highly recommended for those who plans to visit bali with family. This place is ocean facing with a large wonderful pool. All nearby crowd attraction areas are within walking distance from the hotel. Staffs were simply great with their pleasing mentality.

Average hotel. Location good. Rooms need renovation. Broken tiles. Staff mostly cooperative. Hotel not worth of money. Never book veg breakfast as no options. Many better options available nearby. Three staff members were very very good and i really want to thank them. 1. Kadek surya brat-ha (front desk)

They promised to give beach front room as mentioned but gave a room at the back. The rooms were also terrible, with very old furniture, completely not upto the mark. Service was terrible with many private dinners being hosted and constant disturbance. If you want to stay in kuta please select a good resort and not this so called 5 star hotel. Completely over-rated, probably they keep getting business from government and so are over confident.

Good location and food and services very nice i like this hotel. Speicallly for beafutifiul locaiton
One of the worst properties i have ever checked in to - mosquitoes in the lobby, in the room - the worst part is we found a lizard in our room and after that we didnt even stay for a minute in that hotel. We just checked out and moved in to another hotel.

First there is no private beach! it’s a sea face and if you want to swim or play in a beach - that’s a 1 km walk by the sea face jogging trek to kuta beach! so don’t expect to have a private beach where you can go play in the ocean without worrying about your belongings - stay is poor as well. There are more than 500 rooms in this place scattered over g+3 floors - divided in 2 wings on either side - and this entire building is served by one central lift - so when it says pool view; unless you plan to jump down from your room - it will take you a long long walk to get there! the rooms are basic at best - definitely not worth the price - when a hotel gives you shampoo+conditioner in one in a small bottle, you can imagine ! and the biggest letdown is the hospitality! you ask for a better accessible room, even if they have less than 50% occupancy, one guy at the counter will say sure and then he will go back and come with manager who says can’t - t bey are just not interested in the “hassle”.
