Our stay at golden tulip resorts was terrible no water supply and electricity for 12 hours due to unscheduled maintenance. Staff was not cooperating breakfast was pathetic it made our experience disastrous i want my money back else i will take this to social media. I don’t have images

Indian food is bad
when i ask for extra spoon in the room they denied
ask to fill the water bottle. Restaurant staff denied me

Property was good, located on the highway. Staff is good. But the variety of indian food is very less particularly at breakfast. It seems chef doesn’t know the preparation of indian dishes.

For every penny thing, they charge you. They don't even offer normal ro water to drink if you are having dinner in their restaurant. For using cutlery they charge another 15000 idr per piece. Credit card hold is not removed immediately. Overall, not a nice premium property.

I have booked super package with free massage and drinks but make my trip didn't mention that in the voucher so hotel denied to give those services as it was not mentioned on mmt voucher, after speaking multiple time to mmt associates no resolution was given, pathetic services by mmt not gone use this app in future

Overall experience is very good. Staff is good. Everything is neat and clean but i'm just little bit disappoint for the bathroom because there has not any exhaust that's why bathroom always smelling very bad which is very irritating.
It was awesome. Complimentary upgradation was also there. I just loved the room. The services was superb

Zero hospitality. Worst hotel of bali. Kept on calling the room service for water for atleast 30 mins but no response. Same with towels. No room amenities present

We booked three deluxe rooms for three nights. Rooms were decent sized but one of the rooms had ac issues and other one had water heater issue. When we complained they immediately came and checked it. Service and response was good. Amenities were good. Value for money. If they improve a little on the rooms, this property would be a 5 star for sure. Note: don't go for the city view rooms as the room's sound insulation is below average the vehicle noise will definitely disturb you.

The rooms were very average and pathetically maintained. Starting from the time we checked in, the room ac was not working properly so we had to change the room. The rooms were very dingy and stinky. The property did not even allow access to water(except 2 bottles of 350ml, which all other properties allowed us to, nor did they refill the water bottles.

Golden tulip jineng resort is the best budget hotel, it is on main road of kuta and beach is accessible just by walk or by grab cab. Room was good and spacious(pool access suite, room cleaning daily on time, breakfast has options but indian food options are veer limited and the menu dosent change daily it repeats. Overall it was a good stay.
