Location - very good food - below average amenities - average
services - average this is a very good property. But i believe they are not maintaining it well. They need to improve on customer satisfaction. Food seems to be a major issue.

The suite villa pool was spacious. Resort is walkable distance to the beach. Staff are friendly. Overall a nice experience.

Good place to live, near to kuta beach, service was also good

Everything is good and fine but be assured they have big umbrella, i left it in their restaurant but during checkout, they started saying to pay for it. Be alert not to touch the umbrella.

The rama beach resort and villas is a wonderful property a couple of minutes away from the beach. And the kuta main area. It has neat clean rooms wich are very spacious and neat toilets. The bkfast was good with a variety of indian dishes too. All amenities and a wonderful helping staff. It's a worth stay with good food.

Property is rightly located at the prime location, very close to kuta beach and the market too. Lot of indian restaurants are nearby too. Services of this resort are just amazing. One can easily get indian food in the breakfast too. Overall i love this property

We recently stayed at rama beach resorts & villa during our vacation at bali. Location of the resort is great being very close & accessible to kuta market, beach, airport & rows of eateries nearby in a walking distance. Staff are friendly & helpful with their ever smiling attitude. Breakfast has a lot of indian options but only few have good taste so not worth it. Pool is clean and has a bar in the centre to sit & relax. However the property is old & the floors/tiles have few cracks on them. Bed is not comfortable. The spa had a variety of options to choose from but a bit overpriced.

Rama beach resort is one of them best hotel in kuta, with full of all amenities, amazing swimming pool, free breakfast. It has even gym and tennis court.

Rama beach resort is located at a distance of 3 mins walk from the beach. Easy to walk down and enjoy the beach. Very close to the airport and hence convenient for travelers. There are small convenience stores right across the hotel open 24hrs and hence getting items like drinking water is very easy. Rooms are good and spacious although bathrooms have a tub which may be difficult for elderly persons. Breakfast spread is good with a few indian items as part of the spread. However, they are not able to manage peak crowd hours. Staff is very prompt and friendly. Whenever we called, they came in less than 5 mins. Pool is quite deep and hence more suitable for those who know swimming. Overall a good stay for a family.
