    Hotel breakfast was good but hot water was not available in shower. Even though room says suite it was very basic

    The experience at this property was amazing, they have cleaned and spacious rooms with great options of breakfast, the best part was smooth checkin and easily ride to sanur port for nusa penida. Will surely recommend this place to anyone who wish to stay near sanur in bali

    Worst suite

    Provided with a small suite which did not even have balcony. Quality of furniture and washrooms was very bad. In the very hot and humid climate, the air conditioner was hardly working and the hotel just provided two small water bottles complimentary whereas a suite always comes with 2, 1-litre bottles. Will not at all recommend this hotel to anyone and does not even deserve 1 star.

    Service was good, but no window or air ventilation in room. Even air-conditioner was on other side of rooms. Was bit suffocated.
