Property is good for value in terms of location and facilities. Cleanliness maintained and pool experience was good. But my only concern was regarding separate charges payable for utensils asked in room. This is first time i was being asked to pay for utensils which i found quite uncooperative.

Property’s location was good. The views were great. Two pools so we could pick and go to the one with less crowd. The spa service was great. Food options were there for vegetarian, vegan and gluten free was available but limited. They also help in arranging for return ferry and car pickup

The Semabu Hills Hotel Nusa Penida is very good with infinity pool. Nice big and clean rooms. The only thing that they need to improve is there food quality which is a bit average. Otherwise the stay was comfortable with a good view of the sunset
