I had a comfortable stay in the hotel and the breakfast was good as well. The room service experience was smooth and the staff were very helpful

The hotel is inside grand palace apartment and the property is old. Finding reception is a problem. With luggage you need to use the lift which is difficult to find. Access to the lift is through the restaurant. Done parts of the hallway stinks. The sink was blocked as the press release was not working. Refrigerator not working.

It is a very basic hotel. There was no view/window in the hotel room. Housekeeping was poor, they would replace with fewer towels, they would not refill soap, shampoos or toilet paper. AC was noisy and was set at a much higher temperature then we desired. Breakfast was basic with no choice for vegetarian. No windows/view from the room. Room service was very slow. Number of towels would reduce every day, they would not replenish soap/shampoos. Breakfast was very basic with almost no choice for veg.

Best hotel to stay for work near by area are good for shopping. Staff is quite good and very helpful.

Hotel staff is very friendly and well english spoken, rooms are big tidy and clean. Food is good, location was near to my indo expo exhibittion hall. Hotel offer all the basic amenities a person required in stay. Happy to stay there. Will surely stay again.
