Fantastic ambience great seeing city from 8th floor cooperative staff tasty and delicious breakfast which helped us to enjoy our tour to st moritz

We were not able to sleep in the room because of short circuit. We called front desk but no one pick up the call in night. Next day after dropping the mail they changed the room but no use as we have wasted our time.

Already informed to hotel by mail and asked them to compensate. They agreed but asked us to contact make my trip. We informed make my trip but so far have not received our money back for 1 night.

The hotel is centrally located right above a metro station which makes commutation super comfortable to all the loacations around milan. Also, the staff are very helpful and polite and will make you feel a real 5 star experience with amazing amenities and rich breakfast. Overall, best stay around milan central.

Small Room, Excellent Location

Very small room for the price, excellent location though. There are many beautiful cafes all around so finding for is not a problem. Hospitable staff that cares for their customers. The train station is only a few minutes of a walk so connectivity is good. The metro station on the other hand is right outside the hotel.
