The location is quite good and safe. Everything is walkable (about 15-20mins) and if the weather is good you wouldn't mind doing that in rome. The rooms were good we had booked for 2nights and we reached on the 2nd day of our booking at around 10am we were still made to wait for easily 2 hours which was disappointing and instead of actually upgrading, they just made a false statement of upgrading us. I booked the room myself and i very well know what room i had booked.

Had a great stay at Contillia. The location is central to most happening places in Town. The staff was cordial and helpful. Will love to stay with with them again.

Poor Stay

Good location being very close to Roma termini. You find restaurants, shops in the area open till late. We checked in at 10:30 pm and checked out at 7:00 am to catch our return flight. Could not taste the breakfast as reception showed their helplessness to accommodate time requirement. Rooms were a too cramped and probably good size for a single person to move inside the room. Beds looked like makeshift type. The air conditioner was very ineffective. The room did not have a single electric point to charge a cellphone. MakeMyTrip mentioned all Monroe's paid but the hotel charged additional money for per person per night to be paid in cash at the time of check-in. Cash payment, no payment receipt! Overall not a great experience won't recommend.

Poor Stay

The only advantage of this place is its location. Besides that it is just a lodge. Cannot call it a hotel. It was not worth the money at all. Staff was also not very cordial. Breakfast was just a formality. I would not suggest this place until one does not have any options.
