Comfortable stay

Hotel is situated 9-10 km. Away from main tourist spots. I used the 10 seat shuttle bus (no luggage space) from hotel to Venezia (Venice)/Santa Lucia station for cheap and easy visit to Venice Island/main tourist spots. Nice spacious, well lit, clean room and toilet. Breakfast was good.

We really found it difficult to reach the hotel. From the airport we struggled to connect with them. But was not very helpful. We need to walk for 10 to 15 minutes to board public transport. We need to use as we had purchased local pass for few days. Room was good and clean. Good infrastructure. Front desk was helpful but only one person to attend and it was always crowded. Hence it is very painful to get any clarification from front desk. This area needs great improvement.

Good to stay but do not think about vegetarian breakfast. You will not get anything except bread and butter.

Poor Stay

Very bad. Location is terrible far from both Venice City and Mestre. Staff does not co-operate in english baring one lady in the night shift. Better to look for some other hotel in the City

Worst located

Hotel is located at a very secluded place. No bus/tram connectivity. Nearest bus stop is about 2 km from hotel. Room is clean and staff is polite and helpful but nothing complementary provided by hotel, not even water bottle. Not recommended for tourists!

Very limited options for veg food. Only pizza is available. Also we ordered veg soup its was like veg khichdi. Lots of improvement required on food side. Also we are not able to find the hotel and called hotel reception to arrange the cab . They were not able to do it. After walking 2 kms with kid and luggage when we reached and asked for water from reception, we got reply go to restaurant. This knid of welcome was not expected at all.
