Rooms are too small & furniture of the rooms are not good. Staff was not supportive. Vegetarian options are not available much.

Location is good and hotel is located in the centre but the hotel is very old and the room are very basic. Also very old rooms. They still live in 20 years back. No update the rooms and quality of rooms.

We stayed for 8 nights. Aged property. Very good location and a high rise building. Interiors just ok. English language is a constraint. Average breakfast. Service attitude missing among-st the staff.

One of the classic proprty of kazhakstan, the hotel itself is printed on the national currency. Rooms are of the old era but the views are what you pay your bucks for. We booked a mountain facing view room which was worth every penny. Breakfast has wide variety but limited options for vegeterians. Kobe tobe is walking 5 mins from the hotel itself, with burger king, kfc and some indian restaurants nearby. All in all a wonderful l stay

Hotel is located in a central area full of shops and restaurants. Service is amazing. Additional currency exchange facility is of immense help. Breakfast is scrumptious. Such a wide spread of veg and non veg items is unique. Great hotel overall.

Such an iconic hotel situated right in the middle of almaty with major crowd pulling areas all around (some even within walking distance. Room was amazing. Only drawback was basic amenities like iron box, kettle etc. Were supplied on demand only (though the staff handed it over to us within 2-3 minutes of requesting. Food options could have been elaborated considering hotel’s status. Otherwise it was such a great and pleasant stay.

Hotel was ok but they provided us small rooms, requested and reception but they didn't helped us. The lobby was nice and room were cleaned but room service was not that good.
