The room had no windows, and the bathroom fixtures were leaky, resulting in all the filth coming straight to the floor and making everything wet. The rooms are too small and congested. Staff was a rude and didn’t explain anything about how to have tea and coffee.

Great value for money at a great location

It's a great location. The hotel staff speak english and are very warm. Every popular place to see is close by. The room was very funky with the bathroom having rainbow lightning, but it was a well furnished and clean place

Good for 1-2 day stay

Good hotel but could be better. Not worth 4 star. Room is smaller than expected. Pool is also very small

Nice stay at the hotel neat to all the hotspots of kuala lumpur hotel stay is comfortable only downside is it does not have inhouse kitchen but lot of eating option nearby

Convenient location but limited in-hotel options

Location is convenient for covering all the main tourist areas. It is also near Jalan Alor which is a great place for foodies (non veg). The downside is that there are no in-room dining services. There is a rooftop pool, but we did not get time to visit that.

Shaherah, Cynthia, Adam, Logitha, and team very helpful and good. Room so clean and nice. Easy to access to many attraction places, they also have amazing rainbow light in the bathroom. Worth it stay here booking through the website. Definitely will come stay with my family in future. Thank you, guys.
