Property rooms are amazing spacious and well maintained. However no drinking water after 4 bottles served in a day. Food is served from outside vendor as they don’t have kitchen within hotel. Breakfast is pathetic and not valuable.

No bell boy to help you out with moving your luggage from car to room. Kitchenette and washing machine was there but both were non functional. The hotel had no in house restaurant so you have to order from outside and no room service for basic food items. I had ordered a soda which i had to personally picked up from reception rooms were good but over all service experience was very very poor. I will never recommend this hotel for families

Reception staff no good they don't have man power but the rooms all excellent i informed them to put towel outside bathroom but they didn't do i would have fall down and if we ask anything they are not answering properly

Rooms and hotel location are good but some descriptions are misleading. They will provide the kitchenette but with no utensils to cook. Washing machine is at 9th floor and to be used after paying separate charges.

There were basic hygenie missing in the washroom and the room. It was not cleaned properly, towels were not cleaned, water on the room floor. We had to check out 1 day early

Excellent stay, u will find an indian restaurant nawab which is just 100 metres away from ramada. Petronas twin tower is just 1. 6 kms away. We were with family so booked two family suites having good sized rooms. Overall nice experience.

The hospitality was good with at Ramada nice rather then this reception/ breakfast and swimming pool was very good. Rather then this with the radius office 300-400 meter everytime available if it is North Indian or South Indian. This hotel is very very close to KL and Twin Towers, around 1 KM if anyone want to see the beauty of KL please prefer to choose walking instead of taking taxi (GRAB).

Location is good but the hotel staff are not friendly, the hotel does not have there own restaurant, there is no bell boy or bell hop we are self have to carry all are luggage to the room.

2 bedroom suite has only one bathroom which is ridiculous. Very less staffs available takes lot of time for sony service bath gel was also not provided in sufficient qty hospitality needs to be improved. During breakfast staff only looks to lift empty plates no help provided in serving. Swimming pool is at very odd location and average. No staff for taking bags from cab to room nit even any help provided, after tiring journey ypu have to unload bags and pull to rooms, very bad service
