Location good near market. Good staff behaviour. Breakfast is not good and ac cooling over experience is good. Near in k l tower.

Location of this hotel is very good. You can find food street and shopping street across the hotel. You can find view of patrons and kl tower directly from hotel. Breakfast is superb.

Royale Chulan is at the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Bukit Bintang is so lively at nights with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. All the major attractions are at the nearby vicinity and easy to cover.

Small room air conditioner is not working good, I can't sleep at night because of air conditioner because of heat, terrible experience.

The hotel is located at a prime location where the city never sleeps. One of the best streets to stay during your visit. The rooms are good and I got the Petronas tower and the KL towers view from my room, which I liked a lot. The staffs could be more friendly. All in all it's a good place to stay.

Very comfortable stay and excellent food for breakfast. Money exchange and shopping mall nearby. The room was clean and tidy with tea coffee facilities.

The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Bukit Bintang. The place is full of entertainment and energy throughout the night. Good location for shopping. Lots of massage parlor and it's quite cheap. 4-star.

Rude staff at reception

Staff in this hotel is extremely rude, especially Ms. Navika at the reception. Rooms are old and shabby. Breakfast pathetic. Location is very good close to Indian restaurants and most happening area of Kuala Lumpur.

I stayed here 3 nights, each and every thing about is perfect, for an instance the area, the infrastructure and the swimming pool was marvellous. The only thing needed is a bit upgration in room like wall papers and carpets. Rest it's awesome experience to stay here in this budget.
