A decent stay across the centre of kl. Took two rooms and the staff was very helpful. The main highlight is its location. Plus breakfast was good. My parents loved the breakfast spread. Highly recommended

The hotel is located in the heart of the city but the food tastes average and room is average. Room maintenance not good. During my stay i have to call multiple times the maintenance team for multiple issues in the room

Excellent location of the property. Very lively area. Far from airport. But good connectivity via kl sentral metro. For vegetarians breakfast was okayish. Manageable types.

The hotel is centrally situated and in easy reach of many of the city's sights and attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, functional and the bathroom was equipped with all the necessary toiletries. However the room & bathroom were showing their age. Some of the bedside switches weren't working.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment i arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, even granting me an early check-in without any hassle. This was a huge relief after a long journey. The hotel's location is simply unbeatable, right in the heart of the main market. This made it incredibly easy to access all the famous spots and attractions in the area. Whether you're interested in shopping, dining, or sightseeing, everything is just a short walk away. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities i needed for a relaxing stay. The service throughout my visit was consistently excellent, with staff going out of their way to ensure i had everything i needed. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and top-notch service. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit!

Room good, service terrible, room cleanliness very terrible, front office good, indian food not available, bell boy at arrival not available you have to carry your luggage yourself. Will not recommend.

Good clean rooms with adequate amenities. Food was good as well. Location wise it’s middle of market place but not absolutely a clean one.

I stayed here for 4 nights, rooms were good, however i had to make multiple calls to order something which was annoying. Also, i wanted to extend my check in by 1 hours because my flight was only at 6 pm but they would charge 150 rm which is too high i also feel that 3 pm check in is too late they should make it 12 pm check in and 11 am check out

We were a family of four adults and one child, and we loved our stay. The hotel is well located and has number of shopping options within an arm’s reach. We are extremely grateful to the help desk who helped us with our one day tour to genting. And last but not least ms l aka at the front desk who was ever so joyful and helpful during our stay.

The staff was generous, very sweet. The location was good. Right opposite to china town and pavilion. It was just 5 mins walk away. The location of the hotel was good.
