Shangri-La Hotel - Kuala Lumpur

Everything was beautiful at the Shangri-La Hotel - Kuala Lumpur, staff was really friendly and always ready to serve at their best. Peter from the front desk was very helpful at the time of check-out. He helped me to book taxi to the Airport and also charged my phone as I forgot my charge in flight, also he enrolled me in a loyalty program which was very helpful and showed that he was quite confident in what he was doing. I ordered 2 glasses of wine and the room service person delivered it very professionally and his way of service showed an excellency (sorry didn't get his name). Overall very good and nice Shangri-La Hotel - Kuala Lumpur. There was a very small thing I wasn't happy about that when I walked into the room the bedsheets were attacked from both sides which didn't make much difference but showed less presentable. Over all amazing stay and the breakfast was just too delicious. Keep up the good work team. You all were amazing!

Even though it was in the middle of the city, it was a very quiet Shangri-La Hotel - Kuala Lumpur. One could just stay indoors not go anywhere and have the most perfect time, just indoors. Their ground floor lobby has a high ceiling with lush green outside, and the pool has the giantest fishes ever seen. The buffet spread was elaborate and immaculate. Very courteous stuff and food.

Amazing Shangri-La Hotel - Kuala Lumpur. Very warm staff. The rooms are very tastefully done. The decoration is modern and lovely.The amenities provided are top class.The complimentary shuttle provided by the Shangri-La Hotel - Kuala Lumpur at fixed intervals is very useful. The free WiFi is also a great add on. Totally recommend the Shangri-La Hotel - Kuala Lumpur.

There is nothing dislike to share everything was fine. Especially hospitality was awesome. We enjoyed the Shangri-La Hotel - Kuala Lumpur. Food was awesome.

We were a group of four traveling to kl for a leisure trip. We reached the Hotel a bit early but they were cordial enough to give us an early check-in. Moreover they provided us with a complimentary upgradation of our room. The room service was very prompt and breakfast was very good. Overall it was a great experience. Highly recommended.

Enjoyed stay at Shangri La Hotel Kuala Lumpur, hospitality was excellent. Staff were friendly, Shangri-La Hotel - Kuala Lumpur is neat and clean. Breakfast was good. Hotel is centrally located and walking distance from Twin Tower which is main attraction of Kuala Lumpur. My room was facing Twin Tower.

Very good experience at Shangri-La, pleasant view from my room i.e. Kuala Lumpur tower. Breakfast was awesome and nutritious. Hospitality and room service excellent. I recommend to other travers those travel to Kuala Lumpur please stay Shangri-La. Have a great stay.

Mere luxury, good customer service from the word go, all staffs exceeded the expectations. Check in and check out were faster. Good location. Nice restaurants and bars are around. Would definitely recommend for a pleasant stay in Kuala Lumpur.

Had a really a pleasant stay at the Hotel, experienced a variety of food. Spacious rooms. Overall had a wonderful stay.

Hotel rooms were a little small for the price. Apart from that everything was good.

Nice place to be in the Center of city close to tourist attractions. Hotel was well decorated for Christmas and it was lively. Food was good and slightly more oily side. Overall nice experience. We will definitely visit again

We were really overwhelmed as the staff was well-groomed. They took care of our requirements regarding our stay, food etc. Room was clean and furnished.

Located in the heart of the city. Shangri La Malaysia made our trip memorable. The staff was really on top of hospitality and you guys are gold. The food was awesome and the breakfast spread was massive and delicious.
