Bayview Hotel Langkawi

Stayed this month for 2 Nights at Bayview Bayview Hotel Langkawi. We booked a superior room with hillview. The Bayview Hotel Langkawi was undergoing renovation when we visited and I must say that renovation is must needed. The rooms are no doubt spacious, however they need lot of maintenance. Since we visited in the monsoon season, the room was little damp and had a peculiar smell as well. The carpets need cleaning, Bath curtains are stained, toiletries weren't of good quality, iron pad was ripped off and iron had lot of stains (I was even scared to use it). Hair dryer was absolutely not in good condition, so did not use it. To add there is only 1 charger point in the room. Bed size was quite huge (bigger than a king size). The best part was the food. Buffet breakfast was awesome. Location of this Bayview Hotel Langkawi is great, very close to eagle square. We also booked a mangrove tour from the Bayview Hotel Langkawi itself and it was one of an experience. Hotel staff is courteous and very helpful as well. One can also rent a car or a bike for local sightseeing however we preferred booking a cab via uber. There is a market nearby wherein one can eat, shop and drink. I just hope the renovation gets completed soon. It was an okay stay, value for money.

The Bayview Hotel Langkawi is in Kuah, a quiet nice place but all the duty free chocolate shops are just a few minutes walk away. We had booked for a sea view room with complimentary breakfast. The sea view was really beautiful. The room was good and spacious. Our only discomfort was the water level in the washroom closet, it was a bit high. The breakfast options are huge but if you are on the lookout for Indian dishes, the options are few (Continental choices are more) but it’s always nice to try out new food items in new places, that’s one reason we all travel for. So just keep your mind open to explore. We liked the sweet pau very much. The complimentary high tea was also a pleasant surprise and it really was nice. The staff were quite friendly and service was also good.

Property is located at Kuah town which is 5 mins drive from the ferry jetty and the famous Eagle square. Lot of duty-free shops are around the Bayview Hotel Langkawi. Atm and food Malay stalls are in walkable distance. Hotel ambiance and staff's attention are very nice and humble. Rooms are neat, clean and spacious. Overall it's a good stay. Sky cab cable car and Pantai cenang beach is little far from this property. we have to drive 30 mins to Sky cab, 20 mins drive to beach and 20 mins drive to airport, you can get rental car and motor bikes at ferry jetty and airport for a reasonable price. If foreigner you must have a valid international driving licence or Malaysian driving licence to opt this rental facility.

I had lot of doubts before booking this Bayview Hotel Langkawi since had past bad experience in experimenting with non branded Bayview Hotel Langkawis. But I think the Bayview Hotel Langkawi change my perception and it was indeed an excellent Bayview Hotel Langkawi and nicely located. If I travel to Langkawi again, I will definitely stay here again. As far as trip goes, we reached slightly early in lines with our booking timings. Hotel staff was courteous enough and told us that Bayview Hotel Langkawi rooms will be ready in an hour, well before our standard check-in time.

I stay 2 nights here and I would say I enjoy to stay there. The Bayview Hotel Langkawi and Bayview Hotel Langkawi rooms are big and clean. The breakfast was also nice and I love it. The overall impression was nice and I would recommend this Bayview Hotel Langkawi to everyone.

We arrived early at the Bayview Hotel Langkawi. Upon lots of request and even showing willingness to pay for early check-in they finally gave us the room after an half hour wait and didn't ask for any extra payment. The room was spacious, bed a little squeaky but comfortable and it had all amenities. Room service was hard to reach as firstly there were no indication on phone or anywhere else for what to dial and secondly, even when we reached them, it took at least 2 calls and a lot of delay to get what we needed.

Location of the Bayview Hotel Langkawi is right among Duty free stores and restaurants. Rooms were clean good and spacious. Décor quite dated. I was told that the Bayview Hotel Langkawi was under renovation, hope it gets a good facelift. Clean pool area. The staff are good and courteous Eira ( I hope I got the name right) at the restaurant was very good and courteous. Reception staff equally good and quite helpful. The public areas of the Bayview Hotel Langkawi need some TLC. Overall a good Bayview Hotel Langkawi

Bayview Bayview Hotel Langkawi is located in kuah near to eagle square. Many shops for grocery, cloths, money exchange are near to it. It has very good buffet breakfast especially for Indian Vegetarian. We were offered renovated room which was very good. Non renovated rooms were reserved and not offered. Staff was very courteous. Over all, it was best value for money. Beaches were almost 20km far from this Bayview Hotel Langkawi but you can take taxi for 20 ringgit to go to beach.

Good stay, polite and supportive staff, swimming pool is there in 4th floor, neat and clean Bayview Hotel Langkawi. Once i check in in the Bayview Hotel Langkawi they taken 3RM for each day for each room , they told this money is tax according to govt rule. Rooms are very spacious. All things are present in room like as fridge, iron, hairdryer, so many charger point in room, bathtub present in bathroom. Locker also present in room. So many drawers in rooms.

Nice place, good service, swimming pool was nice. Room amenities were provided and refreshed every day. Decent place, nice Bayview Hotel Langkawi and good service. Close to the jetty, use grab for economic communication or rent a bike. Buffet is also nice and many options. Manager is a nice gentleman, welcomes you. You can feel. Being pampered. Duty free shops just across the street for shopaholics. Every one should try this one. 4 star property truly.

Got the 14th floor and right from the check-in, the stay was peaceful and the staff were courteous enough to give you more water bottles than what we asked for. One side is hillside view and the other is sea side view. Please ask for sea side view well in advance. The Bayview Hotel Langkawi is always crowded (for obvious reasons). No extra or surprise charges at the time of checking in and out. Definitely recommended.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Location is a big plus point. Also, they upgraded our room from hill view to sea view. Well the sea is bit far, but yes the view is nice. The breakfast was okay. However, the Bayview Hotel Langkawi furniture is very old & needs upgrade (which I guess they are going to do soon). It was an average stay, but I guess there would be better Bayview Hotel Langkawis at this rate in Langkawi.

Everything thing is good but food in the restaurant is very disappointing and expensive too, so i have 4 star but accomodation is good.

Nice room, view outside the room is stunning. Have nice buffet breakfast. Hotel also offered complimentary high tea.

Easy check in, check out process, great location with beach and eagle statue located within 4 km. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Hot water always on, swimming pool at l4 was also clean and great to use. Buffet was available for 25 rm as a christmas offer, which was a great deal considering the menu variety and taste.

An awesome stay, especially liked the Sea view from room. Buffet breakfast spread has a great variety and tastes awesome. Another plus point is the in house sightseeing arrangement, went for mangrove we forest day tour and the experience was magnificent. A must stay for people who likes to stay close to sea or nearby places of attraction.

Hotel is well maintained and very nice to see the from the Bayview Hotel Langkawi room. It's Located in nice place. Breakfast is also good, easy access to the Indian restaurant. Cooperation from the staff were very good.

It's located just perfect, in the heart of the city, with lots of options shipping or food joints, travel of you own, most all in walking distance, travel to the market, wine and chocolate are in abundance, variety is just awesome. A place to remember.

Go for the sea view rooms to get the splendid view of the ocean. Hotel has all facilities you need but needs to work on the food variety. Only samosas available for vegetarians/Indians

We enjoyed our stay here. I liked how big the rooms and bathrooms were. And the view was nice too. The bed and pillows were actually comfy for a Bayview Hotel Langkawi. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Rooms are very clean and spacious and staff is also very nice. They serve indian food too which is average.

Rooms were good. Staff was always eager to assist. Location was not the best for tourists wanting to explore the main beach of pantai chenang. Overall a good experience.

Very nice property, big spacious rooms, take the sea facing Ines preferably. Good breakfast with lots of Indian options too. Do visit wonderland restaurant nearby it's the best restaurant in town. Overall wonderful stay.

Good. But need to increase options for vegetarians. Had a pleasant stay and the staff was very friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and tidy, support staff was too helpful. For the buffet, there was very less options and need to increase quality.

Hotel is awesome view is beautiful room are very big and spacious. Hotel staff is very good and helpful the location of the Bayview Hotel Langkawi is excellent all city attraction is very nearby. Overall staying in bayview is value for maney.
