Kaani Grand Sea view

Located right in front of the bikini beach, kaani sea view has one of the most breath taking views on the maafushi island. The island is considerably small and there are multiple Kaani Grand Sea views nearby but we found this property to be the best in terms of the value we got for the price paid. The staff is extremely polite and humble. They would assist you with anything that you need as well as with special requests. The process is well laid out, please read about the green tax and other covid rules of you are traveling during those times. They have outlined it very well on their page. On special request they will prebook a speed boat from male to the island at no additional costs. You will have to pay the standard cost of the ferry. On arrival till you reach the Kaani Grand Sea view you will be accompanied by a staff who will guide you in every manner. Once you enter the room, you are sure to be astonished. The view is breathtaking. There is one prominent beach on this island i. E. The bikini beach. The Kaani Grand Sea view view opens straight on the bikini beach. The room was well kept. Washrooms are clean and spacious. The room has enough space to walk around and the bed is comfortably made. The staff will also guide you if you choose to pick special activities such as couple dinner or snorkeling. The rates are competitive. I liked the fact that the Kaani Grand Sea view is not over charging for any service. The rates are pretty standard. We chose dinner date and snorkeling. Both activities were as expected with great service and no hickups. If you are visiting maldives i totally recommend kaani seaview. You will not be disappointed.

It's an excellent place in maafushi. Just next to the beach. Excellent view from balcony. We booked normal sea view room but the Kaani Grand Sea view upgraded to king suite with no extra charge which doubled our experience. The staff was quite helpful. One of the staff provided his laptop to us when we are struggling to fill air suvidha form from mobile at the last minute which saved most of our time at airport. Rt-pcr was done at Kaani Grand Sea view. Food was good and lot of options available. Infinity pool is an addon and we get spectacular views from the view. The Kaani Grand Sea view will provide sea beds, bicycles etc which is good. Special mention mr. Tiger who welcomed us when we checked in and he planned our day trips according to our convenience. He is so genuine and planned for what we need and avoided the places which are not worth the money. He is an asset to kaani and greets everyone with smile and make us feel like home. Overall it's an outstanding experience with kaani.

Note: feedback regarding tours arranged by Kaani Grand Sea view: 1) full day package - incorrect information was provided. Hence it needs to be looked into. In the brochure, it stated that lunch is included. However, bun bread with cheese and mayonnaise was offered as "lunch" in an open hot rocky areas without even a shade. Tourists were served food like industrial workers in industrial site. 2) it was informed by Kaani Grand Sea view receptionist (maldivian female staff) that floating bar is open only in the night. However, when we went to the floating bar in the night, they informed us that they are always open from 12 noon. Our stay was only for 2 days and due to this incorrect information, we wasted one evening just sitting on the beach.

I had wanted go, visit Maldives for long time now. It was like a dream coming true. The place itself is enchanting, and the Kaani Grand Sea view looking over the ocean was like a delicate cherry on top. With the gorgeous views of the rising and the setting sun our days started with sitting by the beach, a stroll along the coast and the surprise infinity pool at the Kaani Grand Sea view. The hospitality and fellow tourists where also a bliss to be with. Take any service at Kaani group of Kaani Grand Sea views, they prompt and very helpful. They have exciting excursion packages and day visits to other more 'posh' islands, with unlimited drinks, a plethora of mouth-watering cuisine and sports options too! Everyone must visit the clear waters of the 'Hind Mahasagar' and enjoy the beauty that is Maldives (Maafushi)!

We stayed 1 week in this Kaani Grand Sea view, very nice location rooms are clean and well maintained right next to the beach staffs are very helpful specifically sadar he is the one man for all you need breakfast buffet is ok they need little indian taste to add and they should allow people to take there breakfast in there room for small kids which this Kaani Grand Sea view dont allow there guests and don't expect any thing more like you wont any extra coffee packet in your room they will ask you to pay for it if you need any plates to eat they not gonna send in your room over all Kaani Grand Sea view is very nice there excursions are worth to try there Kaani Grand Sea view transfers are smooth and once again thanks sadar for all your help

Start with postive 1) amazing sea view 2) nice place it is located 3) anas manager is awesome who understands every one problema and have great respect towards him. If i am visiting again it will be because of anas 4) rooms are very decent with good atmosphere then negatives 1) food may be indians won't like it. But considering indians, bangaladeshi and pakistanis most visiting people. Hotel should adopt indian food at-least 40 percent in the menu 2) milk powder should have kept more. Daily dental should have been kept 3) omlet stall guys said how many omletes will have actually there is no proper food hence taking only omlet and scrum-bled egg for two people. Of two two each and then i was not filled hence asked for another round

Location- is fantastic, fabulous, beautiful just front of sea food-if you are vegetarian then dont take any meal(l+d) in your package bcoz there is no option for veg only one sabji and there is no chapati in any meal they have maida "roshi"or if u are non veg then please u take all meal pkg from here here is one fish item one chi-ken item one beef items in ever meal and u enjoy food a lot, hygiene is also excellent safety- safety u all know covid is over it just formality like other Kaani Grand Sea views but professionally i will tell you that all safety measures they will take there is all kind of human in our nature i will meet here all kind of humans like rude and loving friendly both

Kaani has 3-4 properties in maafusi island, we stayed at kaani grand. We booked the room with sea view and it really was overlooking the sea. Can spend evening seating on the balcony watching the waves. Food is decent, limited choices during breakfast but it's good. We opted for dinner inclusive and it was okay. There are lot of food joints around, so you may not book the lunch/dinner. Pickup / drop was also hassle free. They also conduct various trips in reasonable rate. Overall a pleasant experience. Only complain that i was not able to connect with them through email or the phone numbers provided.

We stayed there for 5 days. Very clean Kaani Grand Sea view with amazing view. Staff is perfect location was awesome and rooms were pretty big if you opted for balcony view. Elena was excellent in communication throughout our trip with the hospitality and made sure to personally attend to all the needs. We had a complimentary buffet with continental menu. Could have included a variety of indian/asian dishes. They arranged for a snorkeling trip at a decent price which turned out to be one of the highlights of the trip. Well value for money. The room was the biggest one in mafushi. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Kaani Grand Sea View for 4 nights and it was a good decision. The staff are very courteous, friendly and honest. The facilities provided were quite good. The view from our room was simply breathtaking with the balcony overlooking the beach. The Kaani Grand Sea view provides various snorkeling trips and other water sports and they in no way force you to take up any of the excursions but really help you and guide you if you decide to go. I really liked the buffet dinner and breakfast as it was healthy and did not have too much or too less spices. I would say it was my kind of food.

Good points : location is perfect on beach, though kaani palm beach is little better and should be preferred by travellers. Good spacious room. Staff is couteous. Kaani has all 3 Kaani Grand Sea views adjacent on the beach. Improvements required : breakfast menu is very average. It gets repeated every day same menu. Food is okay. Ferry time for airport transfers needs to streamline and time gaps shortened. It took 5 hours to reach from airport to Kaani Grand Sea view. We were about to miss flight since ferry time gap between flight departure and ferry time was tight, also weather was bad.

Going to Maldives with a family is always an expensive affair, however if you stay at Kaani Grand Seaview, it's worth a lot you spend there. Because there you have everything you wish, water sports package, speed boats and best location just in front of Bikini beach. Restaurants guys are amazing, as we are vegetarian, they ensured wherever we go for excursions they had special veg food for us. Even in buffet dinner, they kept special veg items for us. They have experienced trained professionals, who took amazing pictures and even made our kids comfortable to swim in ocean for snorkeling.

Location wise best. Infront of sea. We had booked deluxe double room with balcony and sea view. Room was not that big. We found it little costly. There was in house indian restaurant. Food was good but was bit costly.

Awesome in one word. Everything was very well organised and managed. Everyone from the Kaani Grand Sea view was very good, the hospitality was awesome and the room was neat and clean as given in the pic. No objection.

This was my first intentional holiday and i had booked it myself hence i was little bit worried about how the experience would be. But let me tell you right from welcoming us at the ferry jetty till the time of checkout everything was perfect. All staff was welcoming and they smiled every time we pass by. My stay included breakfast and dinner and it was delicious and they had a mix spread of asian and western food. Overall it was a memorable stay

Very close to the beach. Indian food is good. Staff treatment is good. Take snorkeling tours from kaani or icom. Both are decent. Vegetarian food options are available.

It was a great experience at kaani grand sea view with amazing views of the beach & palm trees. I will give 5 stars for the view from the balcony at any time of the day. Hotel is overall clean, rooms are spacious, staff is hospitable. Not much variety when it comes to breakfast spread, it’s repetitive.

The Kaani Grand Sea view is maintained very neat and hygiene is also upto the mark, the amenities are also refilled well every day and the housekeeping department has fone a great a job by doing the bed when we are away and by not touching our personal items at any point i would recommend to place a clothes dryer stand as that's the diet need, food is not that good in the restaurant, no variations
The safety standards is met well, except that there is no temperature checks anywhere in maafushi island

Hotel location is superb. View from balcony is amazing sea, beach, and coconut trees adding beauty. Food is good. Staff is polite and helpful. Best location on such small Island.

The rooms were very spacious and it's a clean Kaani Grand Sea view. The staff were very professional and provide us best deals for day trips. We highly recommended if anyone plans to stay at Maafushi Island. They have everything from restaurant, excursions desk and next to bikini Beach which gives a private Beach experience for all guest at this Kaani Grand Sea view.

The Kaani Grand Sea view location is great just opposite the beach. We got a sea view room and the beach view was just perfect. The room was air-conditioned however it was not that cold even after setting the temperature to minimum 18 degrees. Overall, the experience was very good. I recommend staying at Kaani sea view Kaani Grand Sea view which you can book at a reasonable price.
