Kaani Kaani Palm Beachs is one of the leading Kaani Palm Beach group which own 4 Kaani Palm Beachs in maafushi island. I stayed in kaani palm beach which is the most luxurious of all. Kaani palm beach has two towers, both facing on the different two sides of bikini beach. Its located on the main tourist beach which makes this Kaani Palm Beach a must stay and different from others the overall ambience and vibes are great staff is highly co-operating and always helpful and smiling the rooms are neat and clean, bright and well furnished with sea views and city view also. I booked the quadruple room with balcony and seaview which is the topmost category room in this Kaani Palm Beach and the views and vibes were just awesome there is an infinity pool on the 10 th floor of the Kaani Palm Beach which offers a great top view of the sea and sunset i had just breakfast so i liked it so much but they should add south indian dishes in breakfast, all items were continental so we had to rely upon egg and omelette food options could be better kaani also conducts tours and excursion programs which also i took rather than taking it from other vendors because they offer quality with a bit higher price so its worth going with them check in and check out process was as smooth as ****er also they arranged speed boat transfers both to and fro on time. Number rating are as follows location -10/10 food -08/10 service -10/10 staff-10/10 cleanliness -09/10 facilities-09/10 rooms-10/10

pros: 1. Beach view was amazing with the palm 🌴 trees around the Hotel. 2. Rooms were clean and well maintained. 3. Has many options for water sports, activities, Day trips, Villa trips, candle light dinner options. 4. Exotic night view with a pleasant Air. cons: 1. Felt some racism on Indians, Foreign people were well take care than Indians with black skin. 2. Not many options for vegitarians in breakfast and Dinner. 3. Service was delayed in kanni Restaurants for Indians which was very fast for foreigners. 4. Some Staff was bit harsh. Advice: 1. If you are vegitarians while booking dont opt for Dinner because not many options. Better to try in Aveli or Stingrey restaurant which is next to the kanni. 2. Dont opt water sports from kanni they charge 30 usd extra compared to outside, opt only when it rains because kanni will return money back. if it doesn't rain and sunny they go for water sports outside the kanni. 3. If anyone wants to try snorkeling try from kanni 75$ trip because it was a amazing experience with sharks, Stingray feeding , dolphin watching, sandbank lunch stay.

Hotel location: 25 min speed boat ride from airport, located on beach front with nice view from sea view rooms facilities: are good, clean rooms, linen and washrooms, regular replacement of bath towels linen and beach towels( yes they are additional to room towels) restaurant: buffet is exhaustive but very few choices for vegetarian and fewer choices of indian food. Restaurant menu is very limited and costly but same is the cost of food anywhere else in maldives excursions: there are various tours packages organized by Kaani Palm Beach which are costlier compared to other local operators, shakti and kasun were courteous enough to explain the high prices and i was convinced to book with them. The decision went right as they offered bigger boat so less bumpy rides. The guides were very helpful and cant thank enough to l aura pablo and mac for there efforts to help non swimmer like me wife and kid to snorkel and create memories for lifetime. Kaani palm beach entrance/exit opens directly on the bikini beach and location wise is the best Kaani Palm Beach in maafushi. If you are staying in this Kaani Palm Beach you can visit the beach at anytime of the day and night. Rooms are ok, not very large. The room i booked did not have a balcony or even a window. The Kaani Palm Beach management and mm t should mention this on the website as such rooms are not live-able for people who are clusterphobic. One of my friends had a hard time staying in such a room for 3 days. Bathrooms was clean and with all new fittings. Bathroom towels need improvement as they were hard and smelly. Breakfast spread is good for the price they are charging for the room and breakfast. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. A couple of staff are rude, like the lady at the reception during day time. Overall a good place to stay.

We stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days. The location of the property is very good and beautiful, neat and clean and so is their hospitality however room service is a little slow and could be better. We shifted from one room to another and we had to shift our luggage on our own. There were a few of our cold drink cans left in our previous room which they never returned despite reminding them twice. Food quality was the biggest issue for us. We booked a half board mean plan which included breakfast and dinner however due to very few vegetarian food options dinner was a waste for us and we had to do it outside the Kaani Palm Beach. Would recommend to go ahead with only the breakfast plan and breakfast was good as well. I would like to highlight that if you want to go for an excursion you should be a good swimmer. Overall we will rate our stay 6/10.

I would recommend it to stay at Kani palm Beach Kaani Palm Beach if you are planning to stay in Maafussi Island in Maldives. you have the best infinity pool. you have the bikini beach in front of the Kaani Palm Beach. they will provide you best excursion activity and day visit to private islands. you may book other sport activities from outside of Kaani Palm Beach which is just near by. if you are planning to go for dinner date, i would recommend to visit velena Kaani Palm Beach which is 5 mins. walk from kani plam beach. there is a limited veg option for breakfast in the Kaani Palm Beach which the Kaani Palm Beach should add. there are a couple of restaurants nearby for vegetarian people so there will be no issue if you are staying on Maafussii Island.

We had a great stay at kaani palm beach. Specifically, palm beach gives a very good view of the beach as well as the sea. We had our room at 5th floor and hence we it was great experience for us. They offer good buffet bf and dinner. Their rooms are very spacious and well planned. The sea view from the balcony is dreamy, especially when you wake up looking at it. They’ve got an infinity pool in the terrace which is breathtaking. Their alacarte is available for the noon but slightly expensive. Our overall experience at kaani palm beach was excellent. We feel very nostalgic after leaving there. Having stayed for 8 days, we carry a lot of memories in just the room, beach and the sea. We hope to visit them back soon.

Our experience started at a really bad note, when the concierge at Male Airport who was supposed to assist us for ferry asked my sister to get lost as they failed to accomodate us on a ferry that was booked and confirmed two months prior. Having said that, our experience drastically changed when we met Michael who is the excursion manager. He was extremely welcoming and made us feel at home. he took care of each and everything one could have ask for . my sister was also assisted by Karim from f&b for a candle light dinner and she couldn't be more happier. Kudos to the entire team of kaani for being humble , kind and polite. great example of hospitality. cheers 🍻

Found the sea view spectacular from the room. Very clean room. And everyday room service cleaning was good. Staffs behaviour was good. They even helped taking us pictures. We opted for breakfast alone. Ecplored food outside for lunch and dinner and found cheaper options too. Regarding excursions also found a bit pricy compared to others but overall the quality was good. I wish they had informed me about indian visa and vaccination while travel-ling back. I had to pay 300$ waste of money at the airport for pcr test certficate. Oh forgot to mention, the swimming pool was excellent with a great view at the top. Overall satisfied.

I stayed here for 5 nights. Stayed in the family room. The room size was spacious. All the standard facilities like locker, tea/coffee maker etc were available. Also, they provided beach towels and umbrella. Swimming pool was at roof top and was large enough. The view from swimming pool was awesome. Coming to food, we had opted for breakfast and dinner. Both were wholesome. I liked breakfast buffet especially. Hotel staffs were very courteous helpful. They ensured we had best stay and holiday. All excursion activities can be booked from Kaani Palm Beach reception and without any hassles

It is an excellent stay and best if you take the sea view room with balcony which has an awesome view of the sea with beach from your bed as well as you can watch sunset from your room or balcony. The room was clean and every day room cleaning service was very good. Couple of minor downsides - the room is a bit small than what it looks in the photos but maybe okay for 2 persons. . You cannot have food in room or order anything from room. The food in the restaurant is okay but not great - same menu everyday. But overall a good deal with private beach and infinity pool.

Kaani palm beach located in maafushi, maldives is a good place for both comfortable and affordable stays. It is located in the heart of maafushi and has several indian, asian restaurants around it. The beach is right opposite to the Kaani Palm Beachs, you can get an amazing view if you book a sea facing room. We loved the infinity pool on the terrace. Though small one, you can catch a lovely sunset view above the vast ocean. Their water activities in a package are affordable and value for money too. I'll definitely stay at kaani in my next visit as well.

They have fixed transfer timings from the airport to the Kaani Palm Beach which is a bit troublesome due to which we had to wait for 3 hours at the airport. In terms of the service at the Kaani Palm Beach it was good, the rooms were clean

Overall staying at kaani i preety good experience, but some members of staffs are not behaving well

It was wonderful visit. We enjoyed a lot with family. Staff were very cooperative. Mr shakti helped us a lot. Mr shakti help for snorkeling. Water sports was very good near Kaani Palm Beach. Swimming pool was very nice

The staff are very friendly, especially michael who is a very helpful guy. Loved his behaviour. Overall i will suggest this Kaani Palm Beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at kaani palm beach. Perfect location and ambience of the Kaani Palm Beach. Food quality is also good, but one will not find changes in buffet spread every day. For food it will be 3/5 and for rest it is 5/5.

It was a very pleasant stay. Perfect stay in maafushi. Staff were very helpful. Food was also good. Their speedboat service is best. They sent us speedboat eventhogh our flight was late.

It’s a wonderful location. Breakfast good. Rooms clean. Everything ok. Indian food mostly not available. 2 days stay is best for indians. 1 day at beach and second day at day tour. Swimming pool is very clean at the top of the floor. Very good experience. Hotel staff very nice. Specially mr. Magic is a good person. Come and stay without any worry.

The Kaani Palm Beach and stay is amazing. Rooms were clean and neat. The dinner could have been better and they could have added juice to the buffet. Breakfast is good. Overall best budget stay in maafushi. If you get a room in higher floor (5 or above) the view is amazing.
