amanda.familyNov 12, 2024 Victor at check in was great. The hotel is clean enough, nothing truly remarkable, but good value. Yoga class is a nice touch. The restaurant only serves breakfast and there is no bar. Pool area is cute. My complaint is that I had communicated with the property via email that my Dad has physical disabilities. We shared a 2 bedroom. I was assured we would be on the ground floor. We were up two steep flights of slippery tile stairs and the s narrow twisting double staircase to get to the rooms. He was exhausted and in so much pain by the end of the trip. I told the person at check in. He didn’t acknowledge it in the least. The man at the front desk in our last night was very fidgety and aggregated. We asked him to reserve a taxi for Sunday and heavily groaned and sighed for several minutes. I finally told him he could just text me when he Couto a hold off then to confirm. He never did. Nor did he reserve a taxi. breakfast was mediocre. The server had 4 tables and was extremely overwhelmed. What appeared to be a manager leered over him but didn’t bother to jump in and help him. I would not return because of the service being an issue. The most concerning was failing to honor a request for a disabled person.
We had a wonderful stay here. Great location and the staff were all great.
jillian.familyNov 04, 2024 This hotel is a gem. It is an oasis of quiet and chill in busy Sayulita. The staff is lovely, above and beyond helpful and super friendly. The grounds of the hotels were delightful and everything was super clean. The pool was perfect for relaxing and pool side lunch and all day bevvies were awesome.
Hotel was located within walking distance of everything and only one block from the beach.
If I was able to give a higher star rating, I would.
Quaint and fantastic location!
This place was charming with character and was in an excellent location! The north side is quiet and yet close to all of the excitement. The small restaurants right around this hotel are fantastic, each with their own quaint vibe, great food and drinks.
The beach is literally 1.5 blocks away and completely flat, so easy access.
The rooms are super quiet and the AC works great… things that matter!

Super comfy, and convenient if you are traveling with family and friends. The area is super waklable, close to everything. Service was great, and fast. Pool is big and clean. I will definately be back.
We loved our stay at Casa Loteria! The staff were all welcoming and helpful.
The 2-bedroom master suite with terrace was perfect for our family of four, with two teenage boys. There was a lot of space for everyone to be on their own when needed, as well as a wonderful kitchen/ dining / living for us to hang out in.
It was very hot in Sayulita for our August vacation, but the fans and the AC in our suite kept us super comfortable.
We loved the pool! It is meticulously maintained and large enough to swim laps. They also had some balls for the kids to play with. We swam in the pool almost every day.
We had breakfast included in our stay. The food was delicious! I have celiac disease and was concerned about getting sick, but I had no problem at all. Carlos was especially great. He remembered what everyone liked for breakfast and made sure the boys had pancakes when they wanted, even though it wasn't on the menu.
A highlight of the trip was yoga with Lis every morning. She is an exceptional yoga teacher and always checked in for requests and to ensure that any injuries were accommodated. Starting my day with Lis' yoga class was perfect for a peaceful, relaxing vacation.
Thanks to everyone at Casa Loteria for a truly exceptional stay. We will be back!
Todo estuvo muy bien y excelente solo hubo un detalle en los platillos al desayuno que se tardaron mucho, de ah en fuera todo excelente.

The front desk are very friendly and happy to help, the only upsetting part was that the manager will charge women an extra charge if you happen to stain the linen with period blood. It was so incredibly disappointing to have to speak about my privacy in public and argue against an extra charge against women only. I had other female customers who had to stand up with me in order to get the manager to not charge us. Disheartening to see unequal treatment in 2024.
