Excellent location, property, staff and manager. Breakfast is also very good. The rooms are very clean and tidy.

Trip to chitwan.

I really liked the hospitality of staffs at jungle crown. The ambiente of this hotel was awesome. Swimming pool was add on to this place.

A pretty comfortable short stay

We (four adults and two kids) arrived in the jungle crowne on monday evening and departed on wednesday morning (june 2024. Summarizing the key likes and suggestions for improvement :
1) location: conveniently located in sauraha, elephant safari point is less than 5 mins drive and jeep safari start location is a little more than 5 mins drive
2) ample parking space in the hotel: we drove to this hotel from india (ranchi) and had sufficient space for safe parking. 3) room size: pretty spacious for a family of two adults and two kids, bathroom was also decent in size. 4) amenities: swimming pool was okay and food quality in general was good (veg, non veg food (fish, chicken) left more to be desired. 5) bathroom amenities and layout: hanger position should be changed from the current one just on top of the western commode. Hand towels and a foot towel/mat should be provided. Of the two flush buttons (long and short, one (short) didn't seem to work. 5) internet connectivity: maybe it was due to the rain/wind, but we had no internet and no tv for almost the entire second day.

Best resort to family stay and nearby national forest. All facility were available in resort. Complementry breakfast was tasteful and hygenic. Staff of hotel was cordial n cooperative. My family enjoyed during stay.

Amazing property, spacious rooms

The property is located slightly away from the town, so it has silent surroundings. Rooms are spacious, neat and clean. It has a restaurant that serves good food. Overall a pleasant stay. Definitely recommend the place

Good staff especially guide sandeep was very good at his work and very nice. Food was good but costly. We enjoyed a lot. A c was small for big room and was cooling slow. View from balcony was very good. Manager upgraded our room
