The staff is very courteous and good. The services are also very good. Have given 3 stars due as the tv was not functional for almost one and a half day in 2 says stay. Moreover the amenities in the rooms were to be requested at times on couple of times. The location is main market and not recommended for those looking for peaceful stay as the market is open 24 hrs.

The room was comfortable. There was no outside view however, given the windows facing a huge wall outside. There is no room service provided. Nevertheless, the staff at the reception were very courteous and helpful.

Good hotel, very clean and staff's also friendly. Good place also. Room service also good. It is good hotel for stay in tourist area of kathmandu. It is in heart of the city. Nearest to all tourist area of nepal.

Gaju Suite is located in heart of Kathmandu tourist place Thamel. All good eating places near by and well connected to every point in Kathmandu.

Service is good. And hotel restaurant is amazing. The Dal makhani in dinner and that gazar ka halwa was amazing dish. And the crowd was also very good. People were enjoying their a lot. In near future I will stay in same hotel.

It's being a great stay there food is good service is also fine. Cleanliness need some more attention.Very calmful overall nice except location. The local transport is far from hotel. It's only one disadvantage.

Good business hotel in Thamel

It's difficult to guess a hotel in the midst of a shopping complex but that is the way Thamel is. Gaju suites is located next to Everest Bank in Thamel and you walk out to good restaurants nearby. The reception staff was very cordial and gave me a upgrade to a suite and the restaurant upstairs is a good party place with a well stocked bar

I have got very nice experience. Service is good but the best part is food. Food is excellent especially breakfast. At night they arrange musical programme that is good. Whenever I get a chance to come here I'll definitely stay here.
