Poor service mobile charging points did not work

Very very bad they dis not have room heaters, either their geaser was not working or when it worked only hot water came out, there was no provision of mixing cold and hot water. They had only 02 buckets in entire hotel. We stayed for 04 nights, three adults shared 02 rooms but we were given only 01 bucket. Dinner plates left outside room no 501 on 5th night were removed on 6th night. None bothered to switch on lobby lights. Staff was rude when asked to serve breakfast at 7 am which they claimed was their schedule time. Toaster did not work.
Room had a TV but very funny that no single channel was available when I reported someone came to check and realized there was no TV box, by knowing all the fact that no TV they have assigned us room, when reported no courtesy to change the room or fix the problem. We stayed without TV, also room , 203 very bad smell.

Room is very small and not as per standard of mmt. It is bit interior in location and not well connected. Must take a better option. Although is staff is polite.

Pros: Hosts are very kind and helping. Good food quality with different varieties. Cons: No regular cleaning inside the rooms. Receptionist won't responds/helps after 11 pm.

Welcome to Thamel center

I selected this property cause this is center of Thamel, various Embassies, Flight Operator head office in Nepal, city, markets and literally everything. Place was comfortable. Food was okay, was clean.

In such a big hotel, there is no service of food nor any room service. If any guest goes out they don't even clean the room. Its only better for sleep. Worst hotel.

Cosy rooms

It's a decent hotel. The best part is it's location. Also for those who would like an alcohol free environment this hotel is of the few options. It doesn't have an in-house bar.

Room was OK. No room service available. Midnight and early morning I came downstairs to take hot water to drink. No parking available. I paid extra to park my bike in paid parking.

Clean hotel

Hotel was clean and conveniently located. The bathroom was very clean. They have a small balcony. Room lacks view but at the price it's excellent. Hotel has paid parking. They have advertised as free parking.
