Staff behaviour was good but their lift was not working as our room was on fifth floor. Restaurant food was worst and very expensive

room was near clean, service staff where very friendly and helping nature. The hotel really provided the peace for which I had gone for the vacation, only spa I missed which wasn't available but in the room there was an equipment for excercise. Food as in breakfast and lunch which I tried in the hotel was really tasty and good. Hotel is located in beautiful and exciting area. I would recommend this hotel 👍👌👌

Unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. Upon checking into our room, we discovered that the air conditioning was not functioning, making the room uncomfortably warm. Additionally, there were no toiletries provided, which was quite inconvenient. We only received the toiletries later in the night post dinner, long after they were needed. Earlier one man at reception said he ll give soap but when staff changed he provided comb and toothbrush etc which clears that the man was taking revenge. While most of the staff were incredibly nice and humble, one staff member's attitude was disappointing. When i expressed my concerns about the room conditions, this individual rudely told me and my family that we should leave if we didn’t like the room and talk to make my trip. Further also shouted *you ll sleep in deepfreezer or what* this lack of professionalism was surprising and unpleasant specially when i was not in my country. However, the issues with the room and the encounter with the rude staff member significantly impacted our overall experience. I hope the management addresses these concerns to improve the experience for future guests.

It was ok not bad room booked was on fifth floor without lift so taken on first floor of lower catagory suit room was booked but got normal room

Boutique hotel situated in most busy and touristy area thamel of kathmandu. Reasonably priced. Rooms are small but clean, a bit old. All clubs at walking distance. Satkar veg restaurant also very near. Vo operative staff

Overall it was good but the bad thing was there were no heater and no hot water as it is 4 star hotel. And you must be include breakfast according to the price. Here staff is good.

The issue with the hotel is they are expecting guests to climb 6 floors as their lift is not working. They have not mentioned the issue and argue that you booked in a discounted rate. Pathetic.

The location was good, rooms were decent but you will get tired while reaching the room. The rooms we booked were on 5th and 6th floor and their lift is not working which they have not mentioned on the website. If you argue, they always mention that you booked at a discounted price.

Very bad property royal penguin hotel no hot water available no wifi properly working no gud service bed blanket and smell very bad very bad experience.

Family trip to Nepal

I have booked family suit and I have checked room in morning they have allocated room in 5th floor there was no facility of Lift even so with the small kids everyday we climbing up 5th floor for small small thing. there was Gym facilities showing but as per them Gym is not ready. but yes staff were really supportive rest are hopeless , after request only they came and clean room , my washbasin was blocked but after complaint 1day after they reached and cleaning. Need so many improvement.

Hotel was good but reception staff mr. Ashok was very very rude to customers, he have no manners how to talk with customers. Please kick him from hotel otherwise hotel owner face heavy loss in customers.
