Not good, pressure of water supply was very low, room service was not good and took long time for orders to be delivered, staff was not courteous.

Pleased expect nothing more than rooms to stay at this hotel, room service food takes too long, morning tea takes over 1 hour to be delivered, approach road to the hotel is narrow, surroundings are crowded in the evening & noise is heard till late night.

Terrible Stay

Please don’t expect more for your stay other than rooms to sleep, services are very slow, morning tea takes forever and good service in the room is very slow, water pressure in the rooms for hot water is very slow. Approach road to the hotel is narrow & crowded in the evenings.

Right from landing in airport, hotel has complementary airport pick up. The rooms are pretty neat and clean, keshav at the hotel is very friendly and arranged sight seeing. Above all the restaurant in the hotel has amazing breakfast and if you are looking for indian food the cook prepares delicious food. I would definitely come back and stay in the hotel again for vacation.

I visited Nepal for official work for 2 days and stayed at this hotel. Hotel is very nice. At the offered price it was worth more than the money spend. The owner is very friendly and has his office behind the reception. They mostly meet every customer, which actually gives a good warm touch. The owner son Miraz is a fabulous guy. Young, outgoing, friendly and very nice. I would recommend to make him friend during your visit and he will guide you to the City. Whenever I am going to Kathmandu next, I will definitely stay there only.

Room is too small against the price paid. Location is good. Bathroom amenities needs to be developed. The location is good. Room size is very small as also bath room. Manager on desk is very friendly and helpful.

We had a very nice time at Samsara. Specially the owner Mr. Vinod is very helpful and gives his 100% to make customers feel good. Staff is very co-operative. You get a very cosy feeling. Lawn is pretty. I would surely stay again in case I visit Kathmandu..

An Average Hotel

Location is good but in a narrow lane though car reaches there. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bathroom just OK. Lobby area is OK. Restaurant is OK, I saw the staff cleaning the cups with table cloth.
If you require early morning breakfast they help. Overall an average Good Hotel.
