The food and location were both good but the mosquitos in the room made my sleep horrible. I enjoyed live music also.

Room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast they provided was good and delicious. Staff is attentive and friendly. It was quiet and peaceful stay.

Not comfortable bed,only one water bottle given, pillow not comfortable, floor mats very dirty,limited option in breakfast menu , ac doesn’t work well , after what we pay the service offered is not up to mark it needs to be resolved these issue …not value for money

The best hotel at Biratnagar. The tag line of the is equivalent to 4 star hotel is a perfect tagline. Rooms are very spacious and that's goes without saying about cleanliness. There is one issue about the hotel is that they don't provide variety of food at the time of breakfast. But they have amazing food choices during lunch and dinner. Their bar is also pretty nice and they serve Sheesha which is good. I truly recommend to stay in this hotel.
