Very small room, no place to stand even, no water bottles, no dental kits, charging very very high as per the services even mercure sloderjik is far far better than this, i will scale this to 2 and mercure sloderjik to 10

The room was very spacious and metro is 600mts away for easy reach to central amsterdam. We had booked a family room it was great

Location was very good - had 2 metro station to get to the city centre. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was nice. Value for Money !!!

Exquisite property just outside the city

The property is beautifully built with vast space for in house dining, guest relaxation, bar, restaurant et al. The room was of good size with amenities like lotion, body wash, shampoo, conditioner made available. The view was of the city in distance which was pretty good to check the rain and wind situation as it rained during our stay. The commute to the city and airport was comfortable through the metro station located 650m away

They did not even provide the drinking water in the room. After the room service they did not provide the fresh towels, inf-act the used towel was left at the same place and was not even touched and was also wet by the time i returned from meeting

Hotel staff does not know the basic information in his hotel like tourist help desk and hop on and hop off. He is unprofessional. He is completely worthless not at all good as per customer satisfaction. Completely bad experience. Strictly not recommended for booking.

Nice rooms and spacious enough. You can provide complimentary water bottles to international customers though Holland. Tap water is of good quality.

Locations is a little cut off from City center. Metro Station is 600 meters away. Great to stay if you have a vehicle.

It’s 20/25 mins from city center. Very spacious room with canal view. Overamstel station is 7 mins walk.
Very good hotel to stay, nice neighbourhood, easily accessible to city central Station. Pleasant staff. Great breakfast but hope it should be more dynamic.
