    Nova-tel hotel is centrally located and easy to commute from den hag centraal. Scheveningen beach is just 1. 5 km, far from the hotel location. The hotel serves the delicious continental breakfast. However, the room quality is a bit above average. The car parking charges are 25 euros per day, which is bit a extra cost if you stay for a longer duration. Hotel staff is polite and cooperative. I stayed four nights in this hotel, and overall, my experience was good and comfortable. I recommend this hotel.

    Front desk was not responsive

    It is a very high priced hotel with a good star rating. But, I felt the front desk was not good in communication and not welcoming. They even were not picking up the call when we were calling through room. Also we made the complete payment at MMt and MMT assured that we don't have to pay anything at the hotel. But we were handed with a receipt, when we reached there. This was misleading on company behalf. Rest the location is fine. Not very near to the Beach and away from the center. But it's an excellent locality.
