Cool place. I walked there from the train station but would love to have taken the metro right to the station where the hostel is located. Staff was lovely and helpful. Would stay there again!

Our room did not have a fan to help with comfort and block out construction noise. Otherwise the staff was excellent.
This is such a marvelous hostel! The ever patient and friendlystaff, the relaxed and easy atmosphere. There are all sorts of little details that make it a special place, l(ike the key bracelets that save you from looking for the room key all the time! ) And the iconic building - a gorgeous space right inside the beautiful Sao Bento train station. jaclyn s.familyJun 21, 2024 The most AMAZING hostel I’ve ever experienced. We are a family travelling with our 13 & 11 year old kids so we stayed in the suite. 10/10- room, staff, cleanliness location and overall experience in general was a lovely. Enjoyed every minute.
Hostel dorm was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great environment.
I chose this hostel for the location inside the historic train station and opportunity to meet other travelers. The hostel hosts daily events and activities for guests. The staff were helpful and friendly. The bathrooms were very modern. The bed was comfortable. Rooms felt secure. It is also close to popular attractions and public transit. I would stay here again.
The only criticism I have is that the showers didn’t have a ‘dry bit’ to keep towels and clothes etc while showering, I had to leave outside. Was a bit difficult to find but I think that’s just because of the roadworks.
Everything else was fantastic, really really good value.

Best place to stay for solo female traveller
I had the absolute best time staying at the Passeneger hostel. The team there are friendly, the space is amazig and the social atmosphere is just what a solo traveller needs. I made so many amazing memories here and I will be back again next year. Thank you team x
I had a great time staying there. The hostel is located in a very great area close to the cathedral, the Dom Luis Bridge and inside of the beautiful São Bento Train Station. All guys and girls who work there are very friendly and nice. They do different activities evry night very funny and entertaining. I would stay there next time I’ll go back to Porto

Beautiful hostel and city, close to everything you need and staff where amazing and very helpful. Only downside was my bed was to high up and metal bar stopping you falling out was far too low as I move a lot in my sleep otherwise fantastic cheap place to stay for a few nights

nice clean staff helpful ,but free breakfast is not much thing to eat , and not many selected ,cause I was late to breakfast , staff should put more food on the table .good location .
