The Lai Ming Hotel is located at a 5 minutes walk from Adjoined Metro Station. Hence the connection with the main central city as well as airport is no problem. The rooms are clean with simple beds, pillows and bedsheets. The toilet accessories only include two towels, so get your shampoo and shower gel along with you. The room has a big wardrobe with a tall mirror inside with quite a few hangars. There is TV with all channels and to use your chargers you need to get an extra adaptor from the front reception paying a 10SGD deposit which you get back when you return the adaptor while leaving. Two water bottles can be taken from the counter per person per day. You don't have to look further for food as the road next to the Lai Ming Hotel is dotted with fast food centres with really value for money food. All in all a good Lai Ming Hotel for a cheap stay and great connectivity to be in Singapore.

Rooms were basic, but with all required facilities. No blankets provided & instead of blankets they provided big sized towels that too one. Rooms size was big, bathroom was clean but old fashioned. Neglect all the things as the location is excellent. Nearby restaurants, mini markets, 5 mins walk from aljuneid metro station. Take exit A, you will be in LOR 25. Go staright & you get the Lai Ming Hotel.

Hotel is not bad. Budget Lai Ming Hotel this was a place to sleep and not much else. The internet only worked downstairs in the foyer, not in the individual rooms. The cleanliness was average. The bathroom facilities were outdated. The service from the staff was very helpful. The location was conveniently close to a train station, on a busy road.

I'm staying here from last 8 days. This is the biggest room I got in Singapore in this budget. First I booked it only for 2 days but I continued it. Location very good. MRT just 5 mins away. Spacious room that even you can work. Hotel has 3-4-5 bed option also. So family also can think of this Lai Ming Hotel. Must book.

Hotel is on very good location what had no Cable TV, had no kitchen room services and also had no English blanket they provide to you a huge table instead of blanket, other wise everything is good and they will charge you for early check-in.

Location is very good near to aliened mrt station quite place value of money if you're travelling alone or with your friends you should choose this Lai Ming Hotel good to stay. Red light area but I couldn't find anything wrong there.

Very nice Lai Ming Hotel, and the location of this is very nice, service is OK and it is near tho mtr which good and we can travel to marine a bay quickly. They have free WiFi only in the lounge which is bad about this Lai Ming Hotel but its OK as we go there for sight seen not for google or WiFi !!
