I have booked capsule and it was first experience, the hotel was good, location was good, people were also good and we have to share bathrooms that's also fine but i didn't found enough space to hand wet clothes and the another issue was. It is in 2nd level (1st floor in india) so you have to take stairs and plus you also have to carry luggage to your own. Mine was 50kgs so it's was a bit difficult. Will i get 15% discount?

If there is an omission in the booking by mistake, they take advantage of it and there is no question of replacement or refund.

Excellent Stay

We spent five nights here on business and i must say that everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is quite close to my destination as well as some other business centers in the city. As for the room, even though being small, but it is excellent and surprisingly comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others having a business trip. However, this hotel might not suit those enjoying a family trip due to its limited room space.

The experience was nice yeah it’s good for the singles they provide the coffee and tea, 24 seven yeah but they don’t have the lift. You have to carry your luggage by your own to 2nd or third floor.

I got a pleasant experience by staying in this hotel. This place is very peaceful and pleasant. All the arrangements here are good and there is good cleanliness here. The atmosphere here is family friendly. Despite the language problem, the staff here is very corporate. It is difficult to find such a good hotel at such a low rate in a country like singapore. The surrounding environment is also quite good.

The hostel was very close to the streets and very convenient to the city. The best part is the public transport is very near by so to go from one place to another its supperneasy

I was paid with breakfast total 17000 above and facility of hotel are not good. I was paid with breakfast but in hotel no breakfast available that time. Bathroom are not clean. I think hotel price are capsules 2000 par day enough. I was lost my money more than 10000. I will never book again this type of hotel in my life

The host provided wonderful service and the area was pretty clean and safe. Moreover, safety features are excellent for solo travelers as well as families.
