Holiday inn orchard city centre is one of the good properties for indians travellers. One big plus is having the faucets in toilets which suits indians. The rooms were clean and nicely done. Room service was prompt and they gave as many bottles of water as requested. Very courteous hotel staff. They also guided us on local sightseeing and gave us access to pool and changing area even after we had checked out. Overall a very good stay experience. Lastly the hotel is conveniently located with the somerset mrt in a walking distance, which can take you to any place in singapore. Recommended for all travel-ling with family to singapore and looking for medium range budget stays.

I was expecting wonders but was ok, need to have multi cuisine food. Anyways good hotel with great location which is near metro station. Breakfast menu has enough variety. The staff are nice and helpful people and the rooms are big enough. We had 5 days stay here and we were so satisfied

From the moment i arrived, the staff’s warmth and professionalism stood out. Every interaction felt personalized, and they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The front desk team was efficient and friendly, handling check-in swiftly and even providing a complimentary upgrade. Hotel is located at a nice location. Orchard and somerset malls are located with in a proximity of 400 m. Breakfast had a lot of varieties. I loved it very much.

Overall a 5 star. Cozy, well maintained rooms and overall facility. Good food. Courteous staff. Nice, big, pool. Good gym. Walkable distance to dhabi ghat mart station, which is a main hub. Enjoyed the stay with family. Would love to come back here anytime.

Decent property and very good indian food. The location is also prime and located in city centre. Taxis and local travel cabs are easily available and it’s well known property.

Very nice hotel at a prime location (orchard road. Indian food in breakfast and an inhouse indian restaurant was an added advantage for us indians. Very clean rooms, washroom and pool. Overall a good stay!

The rooms were good and the amenities too, the only problem was with the the food and its timing. I opted for room that included breakfast and lunch/dinner but the timing of dinner was 6:30 to 9. That completely inappropriate for travellers i think, it should be till midnight. Also they don’t have a buffet. They have a fix dish which is served once and if you ask for more, than they are gonna ask for extra money. I have stayed in several hotel chains and even the budget chains don’t charge extra for additional servings. If you are gonna book it for rooms then amenities then its good but never ever opt for a room which includes food, its totally not worth it.

Excellent hotel with very good food options including an indian restaurant. Hotel was very clean and service was excellent. Location is close to orchard rd where many malls are nearby.

Excellent location. Lot of restaurants and shopping malls near by. In house restaurant tandoor is great. Had multiple dinners in-house and food was amazing.

Best location one can think off. Right in the heart of singapore and with best malls around and metro transit 5 mins away. One of the few hotels which offered double bed considering a family of 2 adults + 2 kids. Breakfast spread was good catering to adults and kids and all cuisines. Very courteous staff and helpful. Amazing pool and gym on the terrace to top it all.

Stay at holiday city centre was good. Rooms were very spacious and good. Good food and options for indians. Only one slightly disappointing things was rooms were not cleaned properly by room service. Hotel is at amazing location, near to all major tourist attractions and lots of dining options just next to hotel
