The hotel stay was very good and comfortable. The location of the hotel is very good. Mrt is just a few metres away. Shopping areas are also in the vicinity. The breakfast spread was good. The room size is also nice. One thing to keep in mind is, despite full payment being made at makemytrip, at the check-in, the hotel charges 300 sgd as deposit which is a bit strange. Even after requesting reception, this was taken and refunded back after checkout. It was also informed that the refund amount might take up to a week to show-up in credit card statement. If you are paying via forex card, this may cause an issue while spending.

We got a room upgrade through mmtblack. The hotel is 5 mins walk from the mart station and is very well connected to all the major tourist spots. The room had all necessary amenities and good service staff. Didn’t try any food here as there were negligible vegetarian options.

We had an amazing experience in one farrer hotel. Suman was very helpful during check in process. I requested for upgrade and she sorted it out very quickly. The hotel is close to places we wanted to visit and very convenient. Very clean and beds were comfortable. Good place which will make us come again

1. This place the hospitality is the worst we booked 2 rooms we had kids and my old age parents, they refused to give early checkin even for one room and made us sit in lobby for hours. Checkout also they were literally pushing us out of the hotel

I will prefer staying at this hotel in my next trip as well

Excellent stay, good reception & services. Check-in and check-out process was smooth. Staff always looking to help guests. Very close to mustafa centre, komal violas & other indian based eateries. Mart was nearby as well.

Positives - a) nominal rate b) all facilities c) indian food available in buffet (food isn't great but managable) d) near to little india and mrt station negatives - a) this hotel is situated next to f error park hospital. Iseems to be constructed mainly for patients f error park hospital but as such there is no interference of the hospital. Still you won't get that luxurious feeling of a 5 star hotel.

Location for indians is good as it is in little india. Food we haven’t tried as nothing much to offer jn vegeterian. Amenities are average. Service is good

Hi, we have booked for 7nights and we paid the amount fully but while checking in they asked 500 dollars as refundable deposit, it was a shock. Then someone vomit-ted in the lift, they didn't clean that, they didn't inform that, i stepped on that, so much disgusting things happened. Then from day one we heard some cracking sound in the windows continuously b cos of that we got disturbed sleep in all the entire stay. We made so many complaints but for now avail. Technician came and sat with us in the room but he said he cannot change the room b cos no rooms available. So the entire stay was a very worst experience.

The location is very convenient. Close to indian food joints but away from the crowd. It is very close to mustafa center but in a better locality. The mart station is just 3 mins away so travel-ling is breeze. The food is good bit felt the breakfaat spread had limited indian veg options. But enough with fruits & 2 veg dishes

The stay was very comfortable. The rooms were clean and staff was welcoming. The location for the hotel is right on mart so it was extremely convenient to visit all tourist places. For vegetarians, there were plenty of options in the breakfast buffet and because of the location of the hotel, there are a lot of vegetarian restaurants in the vicinity as well.

waste service .we brought ur luaguage in the hotel from out during check in n no one to check out luagage .and water also daily after call n after 30mins of wait .no proper room service. water blockage as well in hotel in sink
