Good rooms and helpful staff but more indian food options to be included. Icecream was not good ice cream with lots of ice crystals. A request to include more indian food options in dinner menu. Overall it was safe and clean with good location

Cleanliness top notch, rooms were spacious spacious, great location especially for orchard road, mt elizabeth, but very limited vegetarian food options in both buffet or ala carte

it was said that we will be getting mineral water but was not there, secondly it was also said about free drinks which was also not provided, lastly they neither listened any guest request during buffet breakfast

My stay at york hotel was average at best. Though, the rooms are bigger in dimensions they leave much to be desired. The hotel is also quite far from the orchard mart and has no shuttle service for the same. Local buses also don't ply by the road. The only option left with the guests is to opt for the taxi service. They do help with arranging a taxi if you let the bell service boys know. I had requested for an early check in and did get in early which was good but they didn't have the courtesy to help me with my bags to the room. The same didn't happen on the check out day also.

Had an excellent experience at York. Staff were very helpful and responded to the needs immediately. Breakfast spread was really good. Staff at the breakfast area became friends in couple of days. Also, hotel is close to Orchard street which has all high end stores, it is a shoppers street 😉

Hotel is very good and staff is also very good and polite. Only issue is with veg indian food without eggs. Please include indian dishes so that we can enjoy the stay with our happy stomach

Overall good experience in hotel york, not very fancy hotel but neat and clean. Staff is courteous. Breakfast is good. Location excellent.

Fantastic experience of staying at york hotel, singapore. The room was large with regular cleaning and hygiene. The staff were courteous and polite. Food was also good and it met our requirements. The location of the hotel is central and close to mart station for travel-ling across singapore

Great location. Great room service. Easy check-in and check-out. Stayed for 4 days and never had an issue. Bathrooms are equipped with bidets too. Will definitely come again and would highly recommend

The hotel was basic amenities like a 3 star hotel. I booked a deluxe premium room but the bath tub was very small. Its close to the mart and orchard road

The hotel was great. It’s just that the connectivity of local transport is difficult. You’ll get cabs easily. Also there is an issue for vegetarians in that area. Overall the hotel is very nice and spacious

Our stay was good, had some issues with the room at the start which got resolved immediately but it was basic so they could have avoided it

The hotel staff was nice. The hotel is located close to Orchard Road which is one of the finest locations in Singapore. The rooms are spacious unlike a few other hotels that we compared with. We needed some help with changing currencies and the hotel staff helped us. Also this was the fastest checkout ever i have seen. The hotel also gives a “New York” kind of vibe. Just a little more expensive but couldn’t have asked for more.

Property is really good. It's near to many shopping malls which are on orchard road and a hospital. Rooms are very spacious, and with 1 kid we really enjoyed the stay.
