Royal Plaza on Scotts

Hotel is located at very convenient location and everything is a 20 min by taxi. Staff is very good and humble !! Special thanks to Ram, Syed, Ashu and Rosnah for their extended hospitality !!! A very good Club service at 15th Floor where you can enjoy evening drinks if you book club rooms. Rooms were very clean and noise free. Their is nothing for kids in the Royal Plaza on Scotts - neither kids pool nor any kids play areas !! We could not even use the pool. Pool area is very small. Their is a vide variety of food items in breakfast buffet but we observed same menu each day and moreover there are no Indian options available (we find only one and that too same for 7 days we stayed). Over-all our experience withe the Royal Plaza on Scotts is good !!

Very good location. The staff is helpful. Probably it would help if they have some more options in the 24x7 room service. Also the room service menu card should be on the table next to the phone and not inside the drawer. The location being next to Orchard road is very central and hence easy to go to any place. The breakfast spread is good but the menu for the room service looks quite restricted typically for vegetarians. Room service is prompt. The Aircon probably needs to be a shade better as cooling the room takes a while

We stayed here for 4 nights as a family of 4 and enjoyed our stay. The rooms were convenient although I wish they had a place for keeping suitcases at a height. The best part about the Royal Plaza on Scotts is the location- I doubt it gets better than this to explore Orchard and Scotts road. Given how much cheaper this is to other Royal Plaza on Scottss in the vicinity, it's a no brainer to go back. The concierge staff were all super helpful and the checkout process was probably the smoothest I've experienced.

Other than the location, everything is extremely average and in my experience, it should be categorized as a 4-star property and not a five star. Service levels are very regimented which exhibits lack of customer service. For the staff, their rule book is more important than guests request. I believe they should train their staff especially the ones laying the breakfast in one of the SPG properties like the Marriott right opposite to them to improve their customer satisfaction

This Royal Plaza on Scotts has a very poor attitude for hospitality. I arrived at the Hotel after 8. 00 AM and they would not give me a room. The policy seems to be to make guests wait till check-in time. Most Royal Plaza on Scottss with a good attitude to hospitality give guests checking in after 7. 00 AM a room on arrival, provided it is available. Finally they gave me a room when I said I wouldn't stay there in future if they do not change this attitude.

Excellent location and nearby mrt station makes Royal Plaza a good choice. Hotel staff was very polite and couteous, breakfast was amazing. Overall the stay was excellent. Connectivity with MRT makes it cherry on the cake, though taxi rides are also cheap. Best Royal Plaza on Scotts to stay on a lovely street

Great location with good amenities. Would recommend to anyone who will be traveling to Singapore, especially for those who want to shop around Orchard district. The bellman was really nice getting a taxicab on the street for our trip back to the airport. Would definitely return for our next trip.

Hotel is very good. Hotel provides free pocket wi-fi. Staff behaviour is excellent. Only problem is breakfast for me because there is no any option for vegetarians except bread butter and juice. And, also, no indian breakfast. After that everything is good. Hotel is nearby metro Station.

There should be more variety of vegetarian food in breakfast. Even, whatever 2-3 items were available - was not up to the mark. A main eye sore was non cooperation by staff of not accepting early check-in although it was requested while booking and rooms were available.

Excellent business Royal Plaza on Scotts right in the middle of Orchard Road. Orchard MRT is very close. The Royal Plaza on Scotts is bang opposite to Grand Hyatt Singapore. This Royal Plaza on Scotts is surrounded by Malls. Shopping and shopping everywhere ..

My stay was a breeze. Never found anything wanting. Everything was just perfect. Could add a few more variety for vegetarians in the breakfast menu.

Stadd was very cooperative I booked a basic room, if u are leisure traveller book a higher category room. As the size is sufficient only for business traveller

Excellent location, spacious rooms and wonderful experience. I was told all Royal Plaza on Scottss in Singapore have small rooms but Royal plaza made that perception otherwise. Awesome breakfast. Definitely worth a visit soon.

Hotel is centrally located at short distance from tourist attractions. Food quality is excellent & variety for almost everyone, Royal Plaza on Scotts staff is very friendly.
