    The stay was not upto to the 4 star hotel standard. Like whenever we asked for water bottle also they were like come down to the restaurant and collect it. No extra towels were given whenever we needed them. And the room keeping people would open the door without knocking also. Not a 4 star property for stay.

    The hotel is located in the center of cape town. The infra is good, the staff is excellent, polite and very helpful. It was a memorable stay. Thanks team

    The hotel has been sold and is now called crest a grande. Mm t should change the name. Rest hotel is okay. Nothing great. Not bad.

    I stayed at hotel for one night but the facilities were not that good as mentioned. The pool was not at all clean. Food was ok.

    Hotel is well located in City Center, you may just walk around for a day for street shopping.

    Room service issue

    We really like stay in a hotel but room service is not good at all. If you ask anything need to deliver in a room like water bottle or plane plates then they asked for the amount. We checked at night and request for water bottle but you guys are charging Rand in mid night and not give a complimentary one bottle. Rest things are good and coffees are really nice. Thanks.
