I arrived late one day and departed early the next day so I did not experience the hotel much. A small dinner at the hotel bar was OK. People seemed to enjoy the outdoor pool with warm water and snow nearby. The shuttle to the airport was on schedule. Nice views of the ocean, an island, and hills on the background.
soyoung.partnerNov 29, 2024 They gave me a room across from the ice machine, after telling me that they arranged a quiet room requested for medical reasons. A man told two women to give me a room 2 floors lower than one arranged and did not provide any compensation or refund for making a sick person move all of the heavy stuff up in vain and come down again due to the problem they caused.
Room was small, and bathroom door was odd. One glass door could either cover the toilet or the bathroom. Bathroom was quite outdated for the price they charged.
From check in to check out, I had a great experience at the Nest hotel!
Staffs were very professional and friendly, clean, updated room. They have 24 hours open convenience store, room service available until 1 am, that helped my late time checked in. If I need to stay near ICN airport in the future, I'll definitely book this hotel again!
Love my deluxe twin room design, but it's really for couples with the semi-see through bathroom door. Not much near-by as it's located far out, but seems like a great get away for the locals, and it has other amenities that I didn't have a chance to try. Front desk staffs are great, but other hotel (same class) staff were a little more attentive and caring, just by comparison of my own experience.
Very clean and efficient hotel. Cool architecture and funky style! Lots of amenities to enjoy, and attractive grounds… great hotel for a stopover after a long flight!
The view from the room was AMAZING!!! And I loved that there was a convenience store located inside the hotel!

It's a great overnight stay before or after a long haul flight - quiet, lovely water views, interesting architecture and gardens, good in house dining or short walk to local seafood restaurant cluster. Staff always helpful but not a lot of english is spoken so use your translator app.

We liked this hotel very much, particularly the fitness rooms and hot baths. What bothered me was having to pay to use the pool, which was not even so special, and especially having to pay to use a chair.
It's a very nice place. Just wish the bathroom can lock the door.
The person in front desk was in a hurry, no big problem
benjamin.familyAug 21, 2024 Check in is by number have to go to machine and get a number to be in que.The staff did not make process clear and a lengthy wait .No early check in allowed regardless if rooms available . Hotel Charges 55000 KRW per person to use pool . Should be complimentary like everywhere else (example Vietnam) Ordered burger ,fries and onion rings at restaurant the burger meat was very undercooked . Found prices expensive for what you are getting limited options to go elsewhere . Communication was very difficult at hotel . (English)

Our floor is 9th and the roof was making some noise that kept us awake. Other than that all good .
Very beautiful and well designed property. Great staff helpful.
