Mandarina Colombo

Visited Colombo officially and I stayed in Mandarina 6th to 11th October, I was provided room 602 (double deluxe) which was small as I always prefer spacious room. Next day I conveyed my preference and they immediately changed to 606 same double deluxe a spacious one). Balcony is available in all rooms. We can relax there with cup of tea/coffee. Smoking is not permitted inside the room and if you smoke you inside the room you will levied penalty of us. This is a good strategy of keeping the room fresh and refresh easily. House keeping services were also good. Food was awesome. I had butter roti, dal fry and kottu roti (for Tamilians it is Namma Oru Koththu Parotta) with options to choose the mix chicken, egg, prawn, mutton and beef. I had prawn Kottu Roti and it was great. Check-in and check-out was done quickly. You have pizza hut, KFC, majestic city with multiplex walk-able distance of 850 meters. Lakasa ( walkable distance of 1.7 kms use google map and take an evening walk peacefully :) you can buy Buddha statues here. Will stay in Mandarina during next visit. Overall experience was excellent due to courteous staff with smiling faces.

An excellent place to stay in colombo. Very nice ambience, it’s clean and very well kept Mandarina Colombo. Rooms / toilets are very clean nice and comfortable. . Very well located very courties staff not only in the front desk but in the entire Mandarina Colombo as well as restaurant. Would strongly recomemd to all and to all my friends to have an experience of staying in Mandarina Colombo mandrina. U would love to stay there again and again. Keep it up. we stayed for 2 days . room cleaning service took 2 hours , ordered food came after more than 1 hour of ordering and in between they asked to come to the reception first to clear out previous bills and only then food will be delivered and then on reception they said it can be done on check out...wo much confusion 😐 you have to asked for glass replacement , toiletries and other things like tea and coffee , water otherwise they are not bothered about that . then we asked to pick our bags from the room at the time of checkout but nobody came for atleast 15 min

Our family stayed 2 nights in mandarina. The room is very spacious and comfortable. The roof top swimming pool is very well maintained. The Mandarina Colombo is not far from the central areas like galleface etc. We had both room service and buffet breakfast. The buffet is very good in spread and quality both. Highly recommend it. The staff are very friendly and have a very good service orientation. This is the best Mandarina Colombo in colombo for the price we pay. I highly recommend mandarin a for both tourists and business visitors.

Mandarina colombo was amazing experience. Stayed for two days. The view from rooftop and the restaurant were highlights. The reception and the welcome drinks were good. Coming to the room we got in the 10th floor it was well maintained, clean and had served with milk powder, tea powder, coffee powder and mineral water so that tea n coffee could be made any time. Toiletries were also good. The rooftop restaurant and the food and the pool will give anyone good memories for life.

Cosy rooms, sea view balcony rooms with view now obstructed by the newer upcoming taller buildings/ Mandarina Colombos in front. Not an excellent view thus which is a deal breaker. Ac is also a split ac and not centrally cooled rooms. No bathtub in deluxe double rooms and very small bathrooms. The prices is apt and should not exceed than what it is at present. Good enough infinity pool. Expensive prices of food items. Good taste of indian cuisine.

Location is good it's just the second lane from main sea-line, same category Mandarina Colombos was available at same price in the lane adjacent to sea-line but this looked good in images, buffet is limited, pool is small, they don't give much toiletries, no room slipper, they provide iron and iron board. They have split ac in room and it's positioned directly on bed, if u slow the ac feel hot and if you on the ac then u have headache. I

The Mandarina Colombo is situation right opposite marino mall and parallel to galle face beach road. Situated close to the shopping center and close to galle face beach. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with good amenities. The restaurant situated on the roof top has wide range of food from different cuisines. The breakfast buffet is amazing. It’s more like a business Mandarina Colombo than a leisure one. Overall a good experience

It's a decent place to stay with nice location. But the breakfast are mostly same all day and there is hardly any changes in menu for breakfast. I stayed for 4 days and I reached early at 7 am so they charged me early check-in charges and breakfast charges extra which I thought when I have paid early check in that should be free. That was little not expect able rest things were quite decent.

The location and the Mandarina Colombo was good. Food and breakfast options are really nice. Staff behaviours were good as well. However, i had ordered for a room service which took ages to be delivered. I had to wait for almost an hour before my food was delivered to my room and i had to make 3 calls to ask if my food was ready. This is not expected off a Mandarina Colombo of this stature.

Excellent stay at mandarina colombo…They are so kind that we booked a room for pur family but looking our count they upgraded us to a bigger one for free of charge…service was also top…only disappointment was boring menu for breakfast buffet…same menu got repeated every alternate days and nothing new…I would definitely recommend this Mandarina Colombo for stay but not for buffet…

The front office staff was excellent, the room was also excellent. The location was perfect. The food was also very good, if there was something that was not up to the mark it was the house keeping, they were a bit stingy with the tea, sachets, sugar and shampoo even after repeatedly requesting for it. But overall a excellent place.

Nice Mandarina Colombo. With good breakfast. Great Indian food. Not a big menu for Indian but whatever is available, tastes great. They also change taste according to your needs. Rooms are not that big. But clean and modern. I would definitely stay again.

We got this Mandarina Colombo at a good price. The Mandarina Colombo turned out to be more than what we could expect. Easy check-in, superb room, excellent restaurant, amazing location, roof top pool was just an icing on the cake. The staff was very friendly, would definitely recommend this Mandarina Colombo. The overall stay was fantastic but as they accommodated us in a bigger room looking at our pax which was very kind. However, buffet was below average as there were same dishes every alternate days.

Our stay at Mandarina Colombo mandarin a was wonderful. Excellent location on galle road, excellent buffet breakfast and neat and clean rooms with polite staff. Highly recommended.

The property was beautiful, especially the pool. The rooms are neat and clean. What we loved the most was the breakfast spread. There were many items Wch included American breakfast and Sri Lankan breakfast too.

Location of this Mandarina Colombo is great to access key tourist spots as welll as commercial places e.g. mall. Rooms are ok, cost cutting is clearly visible in room preparations.

The Mandarina Colombo location, cleanliness, room size and facilities all are good. Only thing is the bell sound of elevator disturbs during night as it disturbs your sleep. One should not stay in rooms near lifts. Overall it was good experience.
