    Itc ratnadipa is strategically located opening up into expanse of galle sea face. It is convenient to access all landmarks of colombo from here. Food across all its restaurants are yum!

    The bath tub was not at all clean and hygiene. It had all stains and i hope it was not cleaned from the last usage.

    I'm korean working in chennai. I visit colombo around 2 times per month for the holiday. I can say itc is best choice in colombo. Everything is fine. But pool closing time is too early and rooftop swimming pool and bridge between next building is still under construction. Btw, itc is best hotel in colombo. Nice view, kind service, everything

    We had a short and nice stay. Great room with an amazing view. Very friendly and courteous staff. The breakfast spread was quite extensive.

    Short stay in itc ratnadeep

    I recently had a brief, one-night stay at itc ratnadeep in sri lanka. My experience, though short, was quite enjoyable. The check-in process was quick and efficient, handled by a friendly and professional staff. The lobby was impressive, exuding a sense of luxury and sophistication. My room was spacious and tastefully decorated, with a beautiful view of the ocean. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room included modern amenities such as high-speed wi-fi, a minibar, and a large flat-screen tv. The bathroom was well-appointed with premium toiletries. The hotel facilities were excellent. I managed to spend some time at the pool, which was clean and well-maintained. The fitness center also was well-equipped. One area of improvement could be the service at breakfast the next morning, while friendly, was not as prompt as i would have liked. Overall, my short stay at itc ratnadeep was comfortable and pleasant, with beautiful surroundings and excellent amenities. I would recommend this hotel for both short and extended stays in sri lanka.
