Location it was very good, did is well connected with the premium hotels and malls. Nice ambience and rooms were spacious. Bathrooms were good and very weak designed. Balcony views were very good. Room service is also very good.

We had an excellent experience staying at Shangri La. The staff is courtesy personified and extremely helpful. My wife had injured her leg and the staff made sure she did not face any inconvenience. Definitely looking forward to another stay at Shangri-La soon. Special mention to the doctor on call Dr. Chandan Galapatti. He was an Angel in disguise and we are ever so thankful to him. Much appreciated team Shangri la.

Overall a good experience. Excellent property and amenities. Amazing location with ocean views. Courteous and helpful staff. A responsive concierge and travel desk. Only issue was with the dinner and breakfast buffet where, while food quality was good, about 75% of the dishes were repeated daily.

Super service, express check in and very co operative at all stages. Every employee there would go out of his or her way to help and do their best. Only minor improvement required is in their room service speed

Hotel was pretty good and stay and a luxurious rooms. And coming to staff they were helpful in all the ascents, overall the stay at shangri-la colombo was very pleasant due to atmosphere

My overall stay at the shangri la colombo was an experience of comfort and excellent hospitality. The warmth and courteousness extended to me was very pleasing. I would not hesitate to make a plan soon to stay at the shangrila hotel in colombo

Though we have requested for a sea view 2 bedroom appartment we were told only lake view was available. However as we are a group my friends who came with in 5 minutes of our checkin were allotted a sea view 2 bedroom appartment. When asked why we were not give the same as we requested fornone they had no reply. I feel at-least when we request they shouldn't take us on a ride and lie to us.

Loved the view of lotus tower from our room with lake view but the room service needs to improve as they have too many guests and staff shortage.

It was excellent Chungatti for guest relation was too helpful and sweet it was our anniversary so they pampered us so much. The Christmas decoration was amazing very lively place to stay.
