We got a room near lift as i had difficulty in walking. Every thing nice. Casino access from hotel by lift was good. This lift does not work 1200 night to 6am. So after 1200 night we had to walk in hotel from outside. Slightly dark there and inconvenient for guests as there is no one around in early hours. The only bad thing is they should put some sitting chairs outside main entrance for people waiting for cab there. As i could not stand longer. I had to sit on ground only as could not stand. There should be few chairs and table. They can make it as smoking point and cab pickup point. Other than this the staying here was a pleasure. Front desk helpful.

5. Everything was good, the room was spacious. The breakfast was delicious with so many options. The hotel provides quick service and the bar was 24 hours operational.

Bad stay . First off all we wanted early check in as our flight landed early But the staff at the reception was very rude . They keep us waiting at least 3 hrs until 2:15 pm . They should learn some hospitality manners . Rooms were clean . Breakfast was OK . But overall it was not up to mark of a 5 star hotel . Not value for money . Why should anyone spend so much money if the facilities were like a 3 star hotel . Will not advice anyone to book movenpick .

Wonderful Geneva. Loved staying in the hotel. We enjoyed our visit to Glacier 3000 tour & also cable ride. It is such a fabulous place to stay. Everything was convenient. We got the tour operator also near the location. Must visit place. Very clean place.
