Very nice and clean, close to everything!
No one at reception when I got there at about 5pm. Rang the number as per the signage but got a recording. Waited a long time until a staff from the adjacent restaurant went to get a hotel staff.

Very clean and comfortable! The room was bigger than I thought. All necessary facitities were provided within the room. The location was not too far from the main station. It was easy to wondering around for chilling, shopping, finding some food & ice cream. Very friendly and super kind staff.
Ps. I met the hotel's owner when I checked-in! She was a super cute cat :)

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay at City Hotel Locarno. Room was well equipped, modern and perfectly clean. Bed was comfortable and rather big. Service was great with all staff being super friendly and professional.
We really enjoyed our stay and if in Locarno, we'd definitely come back.

This is my favorite hotel in Locarno. Very friendly staff, clean, quiet, comfortable bed, newly renovated, balcony, great location near Piazza Grande and bus station, free coffee, free public transportation card. Love to come back.
Excellent location in centre of Locarno. Good quality and high level of friendly service. If you are brnging a car you might need to reserve a parking space as capacity is limited at hotel car park.
