Very very small room. Can't accommodate three person in a room. No place to walk in the room.

We had very comfortable stay. The hotel is walking distance from train station. The receptionist was very hospitable and gave required information. Room was neat and clean, with lots of welcome drink. Overall a wonderful stay
Location is terrific; just 500 mts from station and all restaurants. Hotel staff is really helpful. Quite a comfortable stay in a nutshell. They also helped us with navigating through mountains. 10/10.

Nice hotwl with nice view of rooms and the rooms were also spacious enough to accommodate a family olin 1 room. Breakfast is also very nice, staff, amenities and other things were juat awesome at this property. Recommended !!

Especially the front desk has been very helpful during our stay. Nice room, service, food and all the most important the location of the Hotel is excellent. Just walking distance to the train station from where all tours starts. It is also very convenient to travel in and out of Lucerne. We just walked rolling our bags to the train station on our way back.

Location was the excellent part of all. Just 5 minutes walk from main railway station. All popular food joints are in walking distance. Staff was very polite, breakfast was fresh and fulfilling. Rooms were properly soundproofed. Complimentary drinks in mini-fridge was a decent touch.
