Completely swayed by the hospitality

Extremely delighted by the hospitality. What made it different from others was that they gave us a train pass for zone 10 which was free. And obliged us with breakfast on the go all packed as we had to take in an early train @4:50 am. It really overwhelmed us as i had a child and they could have easily denied our request.

The property is in an excellent location. You can walk in 2 mins to the krienz train station or bus stop. There are frequent trains to lucerne main train station, which is just a 3-4 mins journey. The hotel rooms are sufficient and very clean. The breakfast was good and the staff is amazing! super friendly lady at the reception, who patiently helped us with figuring out our sightseeing needs. Very helpful staff managing the breakfast. We had to store our luggage for some extra hours after check-out, which was easily handled. Overall we had an amazing stay and i would recommend this place to anyone visiting lucerne.

Best property in lucerne, just need 5 km away from lucerne main station, in every 15 mint we can take train to reach this hotel, just 200 meter away from railway station

Excellent room, breakfast, and reception team were really kind and we utilized cloak room facilities. My family that they confirmed future bookings with holiday inn through mmt.

Family stay at holiday in lucerne was a good experience as its very close to train station and couple of good eating options were available near by. Rooms were cosy except provision of two single beds in the room instead of one king size bed. Make my trip team / hotel team post booking didn’t supported to adjust our request

Location wise excellent, well connected with train and bus stations. Good breakfast spread, however no inhouse kitchen. Rooms are little smaller size.
Rooms were clean and decent. Breakfast was good. Staff was ok ok. Location is a bit far from central lucern. But is very near to train station and restaurants are also very near.
The location was great, close to the kriens matenhoff metro station which is about 10 mins away from the main lucerne station. Plenty of charging points to charge multiple gadgets. The room was very clean and professionally maintained. Iron and hair dryer were provided but no safe to store valuables. The staff were courteous and the breakfast was good. But there was no room service. No housekeeping staff as well when we asked for a refill of tea/coffee sachets.

Holiday inn express luzern - kriens is very good place to stay. Very good and polite staff, special shout out to olga at the reception. Rooms and hotel in general are excellent. Most importantly, it is at 1 min walk from the interlaken west train station. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel during our recent visit. Highly recommend it.

It was excellent stay at Holiday inn express hotel. Best location. Very near to bus stops and local train station.. impressive and delicious breakfast. So nice. 10 ⭐️ out of 10.

The property is situated right next to kriens station in lucerne. It is well connected with almost everything. There were many places to eat around. The hotel room was spacious and the view from the room was splendid. Mt pilatus was visible from the room. The staff was cordial. Breakfast was ok as it had limited options.

Hotel is next to metro station, easy to get in get off, one stop from main station. Easy for pilatus visit from this station and interlaken as well. Supermarket is next, pols note mc d in switzerland is v expensive. Breakfast is ok ok. Rooms are tiny.
