Park Plaza Bangkok Soi 18 Hotel

We stayed there last week for 4 days with family. Staring from airport pick to airport drop, everything was perfect. Neung helped us for airport pick up. O and June helped us in check-in, they also gave us both rooms adjacent to each other. Both were very polite and humble. The best thing they have is concierge desk- 'A' helped us so much in finalizing our itinerary, he is an asset to the Park Plaza Bangkok Soi 18 Hotel. In his absence also he ensured that our things will be taken care of. Infrxt all concierge desk staff was very polite and humble. My family also took spa from there, which they really enjoyed. They have best location in the city. Staffs are very polite, also I forgotten the name- specially at breakfast hostess who wears black dress. Missed out her name. Was very humble and polite people who are looking for family place. Or even as bachelor. This is your Park Plaza Bangkok Soi 18 Hotel. You may blindly book it.

Everything in this Park Plaza Bangkok Soi 18 Hotel was perfect. As we were from India so we could not get good options for breakfast and IRD menu, but despite of this whatever we had was good. Specially there pizza puff, veggie burger. The best part is there staff. Truly dedicated and well mannered. I believe they have been trained very well. Hotel concierge desk is best. Though the charges are double but if you with family go for it because safety matters. Pool side service staff may and other guy was very humble. They have forex exchange on entrance only. Which anytime gives better rate then Airport. Would definitely recommend this Park Plaza Bangkok Soi 18 Hotel to everyone.

The Park Plaza Bangkok Soi 18 Hotel we stayed was great. It was an absolute value for money. The rooms were clean and well organised. The swimming pool on the top floor was great and they also had happy hours which we enjoyed. The Park Plaza Bangkok Soi 18 Hotel is also very close to Asok Sky train station. It lacked in hospitality a little. The checkout time of the Park Plaza Bangkok Soi 18 Hotel was 1 PM and we requested if we could checkout by 3 PM as our flight was at 7.45 PM but the did not allow us and asked us to checkout by 2.00PM.

Very nice location, lively street, many restaurants. It is about 30 mins from major attractions - palace, Asiatique, dinner cruise point etc. Hotel breakfast buffet has average no of items in spread but quality is good. Hotel staff is very polite and helpful. Room is comfortable. ask for front or side facing rooms, as back facing is having a residential building with balconies in it. You cannot open curtains of glass wall. Overall, recommended place to stay in Bangkok. You may want to compare with staying near major attractions.

We stayed for one day in Park Plaza. It's right in the middle of Sukhumvit area with shopping areas and nightlife spots nearby. The Park Plaza Bangkok Soi 18 Hotel was undergoing renovation which should be completed by end August. Only drawback is there are no views from the rooms and also the Park Plaza Bangkok Soi 18 Hotel is not that well lit at nights especially on the eighth floor and the lobby area. Overall, recommended for the amenities and the location.

We visited Bangkok as a couple and stayed in Park Plaza the location of the Hotel is in one of the best and posh neighborhoods of Bangkok. The area is clean and peaceful. The open-air pool in the Hotel is just amazing. The only thing that I did not like was the limited room service and dining menu. Please note there are a couple of Indian restaurants of you prefer Indian foods.

Very good Park Plaza Bangkok Soi 18 Hotel located in tourist center. Shopping centre food court transport including MRT locater in few minutes walk. 24 hour service by courteous staffs. Good breakfast both European and Thai. Spacious clean room. All foods including south Indian vegetarian food. Hotels are available in a few minutes walking distance. Overall excellent.

Excellent Park Plaza Bangkok Soi 18 Hotel, located in the center of City. The SkyTrain and Metro is nearby using which we were able to go to shopping destinations very conveniently. We were able to get good Indian food in the restaurants nearby. All Park Plaza Bangkok Soi 18 Hotel staff was very friendly and helping. A good stay overall.

Perfect location and ambiance. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. They arrange for cabs, give tips about food etc. and always with a smile. Did not try the breakfast or food, so no comments there. Terminal 2 Mall and BTS station are at just 10 minutes walking distance and 10 minutes to Siam Center (by train). Definitely going back.

Overall stay was slightly better than average, the location was good though. Had lots of hopes from the Hotel, but the room allotted was with a view facing a wall and we were not happy with this. The Hotel did not take care to address this by giving another room inspite of us complaining about it

Excellent in hospitality and value for money. I stayed for a day, nice Park Plaza Bangkok Soi 18 Hotel with cool and helping staff. They are always open to arrange taxi and any thing on request. Room and ambiance is well decorated and clean. Although I did not used mini bar but well managed.

The Park Plaza Bangkok Soi 18 Hotel is just perfect for solo, family, or couples. Located close to all prime locations and eateries. The Park Plaza Bangkok Soi 18 Hotel staff is way too courteous and humble.

Place is located in the downtown and near major shopping destinations. So it's very accessible by all means of transportation.

This is an very good 4 star Park Plaza Bangkok Soi 18 Hotel with very good customer service. The location of the Park Plaza Bangkok Soi 18 Hotel is excellent with Asoke BTS station just 10 mins walking distance and Terminal 21 mall just 8 mins.

Everything was way beyond expectation. The smiling faces and extremely helpful staff especially the one at the reception and COCO the concierge. Perfect place to put up especially when you are with family and kids. And the location is just where you do not want to be when in Bangkok.

Good staff with clean rooms and linen. Rooms are well appointed. Breakfast is adequate though the vegetarian fare could be better. The Park Plaza Bangkok Soi 18 Hotel corridors should be maintained better.

Pleasant courteous service. Great breakfast buffet. The roof top pool was good but small. Bathroom lighting could have been better, not enough to see properly to apply make-up.

Very good value for money Park Plaza Bangkok Soi 18 Hotel in Bangkok located in central location. Nice service all through. Nice rooms. Rooftop pool is great place to hangout. Lots of shops, restaurants, etc in the same lane. Very nearby Asoke BTS and Terminal 21 shopping mall.
