It was so so experience to stay there. Bathrooms were having broken sanitary wares. Only prons was it is in heart of pratunan market which makes it a luring stay option there.

Its closest to the pratunam market, indira market, platinum mall, palladium mall, walking distance from every possible place and is close to shops, currency exchange and is perfectly located

The hotels executive suite room is ok, ok. The indian breakfast items are repeated everyday. Food is very cold. The hotel is at a good shopping location.

Room is spacious. However wifi doesn't work. One of the front desk was very very rude. Location is also good. But staff are not at all cordial. Wifi doesn't work. So don't believe when makemytrip says complimentary wi-fi. 4

Bad house keeping & charges for weighing luggage

Room was specious but buthroom bathtub was too old and there was leakage.Also the house keeper don’t clean the room properly ❌ The hotel doesn’t have a weight machine where we can weigh our luggage for free(which every hotel provides for free) here we have to pay 10baht each time we weigh our luggage (very inconvenient)😤

room were not neat wall paper was damaged and dirty.. the room helper was treathing if packing bags around in room she will fine 1000 baht.. we are in bangkok for shopping so plastic bags will be in rooms when we unpack..breakfast was good…

Property is kinda old. Rooms are old. But location best. Indian pure veg hotels. Breakfast is 0. No indian breakfast. And nothing for vegetarian

Room size are big but rooms are very old and lot of wear and tear is there and room cleaning is also not done properly on daily basis

Prime location, all kinds of food no problem veg or non veg lovers. Most of the ppl reason coming Bkk shopping . This is the place where you can get . Hotel on night market pathunam , indra market wholesale n retail. Airport transit train just in walking distance if you alone or family you can take a train to reach hotel . If you have big luggage then you have to think , otherwise if you can manage take train , cheaper and faster cause bkk traffic very very bad . 24/7 safety. The place never sleep . Hotel rooms are big spaces looks like service appointments, toilet little small . WiFi bit slow . Calm hotel , never disturb, everything is superb ❤️

Location is very good. Just near to indra market and platinum mall. Rooms very spacious. Breakfast is also good. Airport line metro is hardly 300 meters.
