Hotel staff was very rude they don’t know how to host customer during checkin they’re so good but at the time of checkout they’re totally changed

One of the best hotels in bangkok. Next to the chaophraya river and awesome pool. The breakfast spread is lavish and staff very friendly

The stay was great in terms of almost everything. Loved the staff and their customer service at its best. Out of nowhere the staff handed over 2 umbrellas when we were enjoying the view at the riverside and it started to rain. Chef Tor from NAVA restaurant was superbly awesome in specially preparing vegetarian dinner on 10th July and Indian breakfast on 11th July for my parents who are not fond of non vegetarian options. He ensured that even the oil and spices use remain veg in the specially prepared dish. His Indian preparation on 11th July tasted 5 ⭐️. Loved the food.

I was not expecting much for paying so little as compared to other hotels around bangkok. This hotel left me speechless from how amazing it was for the price point. The service was impeccable and the facilities plus ferry were so easy to use and accessible. I would highly recommend the sail one of the best hotels in bangkok rooms are extremely tech forward unlike the much older brand hotels.

Reception staff is very indifferent and took 2-3 hrs for arranging appropriate rooms. Prioritised other nationalities, seemed biased against indians. Breakfast spread was limited. Accessibility by road was a limitation, although could go to iconsiam mall by their boat which is every hour. Rooms once arranged were good. Beware of the type of room you book, one of them is in old building and overlooks the shanty town and room was very cramped. Pay little extra and stay in the main part of the hotel overlooking the pool or river.

This hotel is a true Bangkok gem! The service was impeccable – the friendly staff made every minute of my stay memorable. Stunning views, top-notch amenities, and delicious food were the cherries on top. The complimentary shuttle around the city was an incredible bonus. I loved my time here!

The sail riverside was at a great location. It is one of the premium location of bangkok with beautiful river view. The restaurants of the hotel is also fab. I loved having ice cream from taro rin. The staff is very courteous and all the stuffs provided by the hotel is also very premium. Loved using body wash, shampoo, lotion provided by the hotel. I loved the free boat service to icon sim mall and sathorn pier. The hotel is also close to asiatique. Just 7 mins away by walk. Seven 11 store is just round the corner. Everything was perfect,

This is by far the best hotel i’ve stayed apart from the taj group of hotels. Such beautiful ambiance and spacious rooms. Their food was amazing too. I highly recommend this place for families.

My experience at sail riverside hotel in bangkok was nothing short of infuriating and deeply unsatisfactory. As an international couple, we were subjected to a series of inexcusable blunders that marred our stay. Despite their claims of offering early check-in at 12, we were left seething during a torturous 3-hour wait as rooms remained vacant post-check-out time, a clear contradiction to their marketing. Throughout our 2-day stay, our room cards repeatedly failed, leaving us stranded outside our own room. The reception staff's sluggish response was a slap in the face, as they handed us one ineffective card after another. This drawn-out charade cost us an agonizing 30 minutes, while staff members cluelessly escalated the issue to a technician who took another hour to address the battery depletion. The following day, the same card debacle left us locked out, causing us to miss precious time packing for our flight. The hotel's complete inability to manage these basic issues efficiently led to us rushing and incurring extra taxi expenses to barely catch our flight. Even the check-out process was maddeningly delayed, with rude reception staff demonstrating complete disregard for our situation. Their insistence on prioritizing others over delayed travelers showcases the hotel's total lack of customer care. Sail riverside hotel's gross mishandling of these room key issues, coupled with their absolute failure to apologize, treated us as nothing more than inconveniences. This establishment's level of incompetence and mistreatment was utterly deplorable.
